Изобретение относитс к биохимии и может быть использовано в клиничес кой диагностике. Известен способ дифференцировани Т-и В-лимфоцитов человека путем обра ботки их стимул тором реакции розеткообразовани с последующей постанов кой реакции розеткообразовани с эритроцитами мыши или барана и оценкой результатов l. Однако данний способ не обеспечивает высокой точности. Целью изобретени вл етс повыше ние точности способа. Эта цель достигаетс тем,что в ка честве стимул тора реакции розеткообразовани используют 3-(2,.2,2-триметилгидразиний ) пропионат. Пример 1. Больной т. Днаг- ноз - хронический лимфолейкоз с пара протеином Og М. Количество лейкоцитов 33000, из них лимфоцитов 81%. До обработки препаратом количество Е розеток - 9 %, количество М-розеток 27%. После обработки 3-(2,2,2-триметилгидразиний ) пропианатом в концентрации 0,2 % количество Е-розеток 20 %, М-розеток 80%. Следовательно, больной Т имеет хронический лимфоле коз с патологией в-лимфоцитов. Пример 2. Больна И. Диагноз - лимфогранулематоз (узловатосклеротическа форма). Количество лейкоцитов 20000, из них лимфоцитов 17 %. До обработки препаратом количество Е-розеток 39 %, М-розеток 4%. После обработки клеток 0,0002 %-ным раствором 3-(2,2,2-триметилгидразиний) пропйоната количество Е-розеток 57 %, М-розеток 29 %. Таким образом удалось вы вить истинное соотнетиение попул ций лимфоцитов. Пример 3. Больна П. Диагноз установить не удаётс :. Количество лейкоцитов 425000 в мм, лимфоцитов 99,6 %. Перед обработкой препаратом количество Е-розеток 4 %, М-розеток . 15 %. У данной больной 2 года назад был диагностирован хронический лимфолейкоз , по поводу которого больна получала курс химиотерапии. Была достигнута полна ремисси , продолжавша с 2 года. Перед поступлением в клинику состо ние больной резко ухудшилось . При обследовании установлено, что лимфоидные клетки периферической крови данной больной морфологически значительно отличались от обычных лимфоцитов при хроническом лимфолейкозе , они имели размер 15-20 мк, круп378799 .54The invention relates to biochemistry and can be used in clinical diagnostics.
