Description
Silk Reagent, units MolO 4.0-6.0 The product of heat treatment of an aqueous suspension of excess active, 35-O, 6 Biologically Acid Liquid Liquid Reaction Medium Remaining The cooking solution is prepared as follows. Initially, the aqueous suspension of excess active ip is heat treated at iOO-lSO C for 10 ~ 10 min. The heat treatment leads to a significant compaction of the precipitate during its settling and is accompanied by extraction into the aqueous phase of compounds of the class of lipid proteins of the nucleotides, which stimulate the biological oxidation of organic, impurities of the pulp and paper industry. After mechanically settling for 20-60 minutes, the compacted sediment, which is a heat-treated activated sludge with a concentration of 30-50 g / l, is used to prepare the cooking solution, mixing it with an alkaline reagent. In this heat treatment. The active one is pumped into the digester instead of part or all of the black liquor, and the biostimulating filtrate is fed to the aeration tank. Example. 21O cm of the aqueous jisHH of excess activated sludge of the biological treatment system of industrial wastewaters of the pulp and paper industry with a concentration of 10 g / l is poured into an acid-resistant steel autoclave and maintained in a glycerin bath for 30 minutes. The mixture is allowed to settle for 60 minutes, after which the clarified filtrate is drained and shifted with the solution to be biologically purified. The resulting heat treatment 7O cm compacted actnoynoy use; 5t to prepare the cooking solution 6. The cooking solution is prepared of the following composition: 7O cm of compacted activated sludge (which is 0.35 wt.%) Is added instead of an equal volume of black liquor to white sulphate liquor with a content of 4 wt.% Of active alkali in units. sulphidity 25%, which is used for sulphate cooking 140 g abs. dry pine wood chips. The cooking is carried out according to the following mode: the temperature rises to within 1.5 hours, the stopping time is I, i5 h, the hydraulic module is 1: 4. PRI mme R 2. 35O cm of an aqueous suspension of excess activated sludge is heated up as described in Example 1, for 1O minutes, at 15 ° C, then settled for 20 minutes. The clarified filtrate is drained and mixed with the solution to be biologically cleaned, and the compacted sludge of heat-treated sludge, occupying a volume of 7 O cm, is used instead of an equal volume of black liquor to prepare a sulphate cooking solution as in example 1. The resulting cooking solution containing 6, 0 wt.% In units But aO active alkali with a sulfidity of 25% and 0.65% by weight of heat-treated sludge is used for cooking 140 g abs. dry pine chips according to the mode described in example 1. EXAMPLE 3. A cooking solution for sulphate cooking, containing 6.0 wt.% in units. At 2 O active alkali with a sulfide content of 25%, it is prepared by dissolving the appropriate amounts of HCl 125 IOOH in an aqueous solution of activated sludge with a concentration of 3 g / l of biological treatment systems for industrial effluent pulp and paper industry. The content of activated sludge, not subjected to heat treatment, is 0.3 wt.%. The prepared solution is used for cooking 14O g abs. dry pine chips according to the mode described in example 1., The quality indicators of the semi-finished | th heat treatment conditions of the act of hogohil are given in the table.
