Description
1 The invention relates to the industry of building materials and can be used in the protection of metal structures of metallurgical facilities. Known compositions based on liquid glass, finely divided diabase and from a liquid glass verditel; - co and cream-nefpgorististoidnogo acid. The disadvantages of limestone making up are weak flame retardant properties. . The flame retardant composition closest to the invention, including liquid glass with a density of 1.05 1.1 g / cm 27-41%, expanded perlite 37-64%, asbestos unheated 8-20% and cream-sodium, as a hardener of liquid 1-2 % 2}. The disadvantages of this composition are the refractoriness (maximum temperature of application of BOE) and low strength (up to 0.5 MPa). The purpose of the invention is to increase the refractoriness and strength at service temperatures of up to 800 ° C °. The goal is achieved by the fact that the flame retardant composition, including liquid glass, expanded perlite, asbestos and sodium fluorosilicate, additionally contains fine chamotte and sodium tripolyphosphate at the following ratio of components, wt.%: Liquid glass 40-45 Expanded perlite 13-15 Cream-fluorist . . sodium 4-5 Fine-fashioned chamotte 4-5 Sodium tripolyphosphate 4-5 Asbestos Others Example. Flame retardant leaves are prepared by mixing for 6 minutes. Expanded perlite with a volume assay of 0.08 g / cm, silicon fluoride atri, fine ground chamotte of a fraction less than 0.088 mm, sodium tripolyphosphate
