Description
Изобретение относитс к области определени технологических параметров в процессах ткачества и мо- жет быть использовано в ткацком производстве текстильной и целлюлознобумажной промышленности. Известен способ определени yf aботки основы на ткацких станках путём контрол параметров процесса при работе станка с последующей оценкой уработки основы р-Т- Реализаци этого способа заключаетс в измерении скорости движени основы и полотна и вычислени и их разности. Недостатком известного способа вл етс недостаточна точность определени уработки основы и длительность самого процесса измерени скоростных режимов, что особенно про вл етс при определении уработки основы на т желых ткацких станках 6 низкой производительностью . Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение точности и уменьшение времени определени уработки основы. Поставленна цель достигаетс за счет того, что Контроль параметров процесса -осуществл етс путём измерени радиуса аво с основой и шага уточной нити сформированной тка осу где ура щем раб соо где за ден нит ки ни, а оценку уработки основы ществл ютпо формуле LM-1 -|- , t- шаг уточной нити; R- радиус наво с основой; К - настроечный коэффициент заднего регул тора станка.
