Abstract

1. Способ контроля исправности системы кондиционирования воздуха в кабине летательного аппарата, основанный на имитации изменения режима работы при отключенных источниках кондиционируемого воздуха путем подачи на входные измерители регулятора теплотехнических параметров, снабженного указателем, сигналов давления, соответствующих тарировочным точкам этого регулятора, и проверке адекватности изменения выходного сигнала регулятора на его исполнительный механизм, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения достоверности результатов контроля и расширения области применения способа, при имитации изменения режима работы имитируют изменение расхода кондиционируемого воздуха, для чего соответственно изменяют разность давлений одновременно подаваемых входных сигналов и определяют адекватность изменения выходного сигнала по соответствию этой разности положений исполнительного механизма и указателя регулятора.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при проверке динамических характеристик системы в процессе имитации переходных режимов работы адекватность изменения выходного сигнала контролируют по синхронности изменения положений исполнительного механизма и указателя с изменением входных сигналов давления, которые предварительно замеряют на эталонной системе кондиционирование при ее продувке.3.
