Description
5The invention relates to materials science and measuring technology and can be used to obtain ductility diagrams of various metallic materials. 5
[1].A device for testing tensile samples at high hydrostatic pressures, containing a high pressure container filled with a working fluid with hermetically installed matrix, punch, fork, movable and fixed heads, to which the test sample and auxiliary workpiece is attached [1].
[2].Closest to the invention in terms of technical essence and the achieved result is a device for testing tensile specimens at high hydrostatic pressures, containing a sealed container filled with working fluid, a matrix and a punch installed in it, and a glass located between them with a hole in the bottom for the sample and edges abutting against the matrix, a thrust washer for attaching one of the ends of the sample, a holder for attaching another sample and an auxiliary blank [2].
The disadvantage of this device is the inconsistent deformation rate of the test sample, since the auxiliary billet 30 ka is made with a diameter that is constant along the length of the working part.
The aim of the invention is to maintain a constant strain rate of the sample.
This goal is achieved due to the fact that the auxiliary workpiece is made with a variable diameter along the length of the working part, determined by the following formula:
Dz = DK |/ w + , где Ζο — длина рабочей части образца до начала испытания;Dz = D K | / w + , where Ζ ο is the length of the working part of the sample before the start of the test;
Ζ г- расстояние от сечения вспомогательной заготовки с максимальным диаметром рабочей части до сечения с текущим значением диаметра рабочей частиΖ g - distance from the cross section of the auxiliary workpiece with the maximum diameter of the working part to the section with the current value of the diameter of the working part
DK — внутренний диаметр контейнера;D K is the inner diameter of the container;
Vn — скорость движения уплотненного пуансона в контейнере;V n - the speed of the compacted punch in the container;
W is the strain rate of the sample.
The drawing shows a General view of a device for testing samples at a break at high hydrostatic pressures.
The device contains a sealed container 1, filled with a working fluid 2, a matrix 3 installed in it and a punch 4 p located between them with a hole 6 in the bottom for the sample 7 and the edges 8 abutting in the matrix 3, a thrust washer 9 for attaching one of the ends of the sample 7, a holder 10 for attaching the other end of the sample and the auxiliary workpiece 11, made with a variable diameter along the length of the working part. The device operates as follows. The auxiliary blank 11 and the sample are screwed into the holder 10, then the sample 10 is inserted into the hole 6 in the bottom of the cup 5. The thrust washer 9 is screwed onto the upper end of the sample 7. The test equipment thus prepared is placed in the container 1 so that the auxiliary 15 blank 11 falls into the conical part of the matrix 3, and the glass 5 with the edges 8 rests on the upper end of the matrix 3. After that, the container 1 is filled with a working fluid and a sealed punch 4 is inserted, the location of which 20 increases the pressure of the working fluid in oneteiner 1. When the pressure necessary to extrude the auxiliary workpiece 11 is reached, its outflow from the matrix 25 begins with an increasing speed, depending on the change in diameter along the length of the working part of the workpiece, due to which the deformation rate of the continuously elongating sample 7 is kept constant. zo
35The use of a device for testing samples at high hydrostatic pressures makes it possible to ensure a constant deformation rate of the test sample. 35
