В насто щее врем на резиновых фабриках указанна операци по удалению пудры производитс вручную кисточками одновременно с промазкой материала раствором резинового кле , или щетками, или во вращающемс барабане, куда насыпаетс выкроенный материал, подлежащий очистке. Первый способ дает, хороший результат,, но требует большой затраты ручной работы и сопровождаетс большими расходами резинового кле ; при втором Способе щетки втирают часть пудры в резину и тем самым ухудшают ее качество; третий способ мнет материал.Nowadays, in rubber factories, this powder removal operation is performed manually by brushes simultaneously with the material being smeared with a solution of rubber glue, or brushes, or in a rotating drum, where the cut material to be cleaned is poured. Предлагаемое приспособление, построенное на принципе коротких ударов, встр хивает и удал ет пудру с поверхности материала без внедрени ее в глубину резинового слб и без деформации материала.The proposed device, built on the principle of short strokes, shakes and removes powder from the surface of the material without introducing it into the depth of the rubber slab and without deforming the material.
