1 The invention relates to the field of measurement techniques, namely, to study the effectiveness of oil and gas separators for determining the content of free and excessively dissolved gas in the separated oil. A gas-oil separator is one of the elements of the oil recovery system, the main function of which is the preliminary preparation of oil and gas; it is sufficient for the liver to ensure normal operation of the elements of the collection and preparation system in the process chain behind the separator. The separation process in them consists of the mechanical separation of a gas-liquid mixture into liquid and gas phases and bringing the oil-gas system into a state of thermodynamic equilibrium. Ideal separation is usually not economically viable, and therefore oil is recoverable gas. . A device is known for determining the free gas contained in a separated oil, comprising a horizontal cylindrical body with a limb and a scale, a pressure gauge opposite each other at the ends of the body, high-pressure shut-off valves and oil inlets and outlets Cl. A disadvantage of the known device is the low accuracy of the determination. A device is known that includes a horizontal cylindrical body with a plunger, a shell with end caps mounted coaxially outside the corsus and forming an annular chamber with them, high pressure stop valves, inlet and outlet nozzles, a pressure gauge, and a measuring device for plunger stroke C2. A disadvantage of this device is that it does not provide for the possibility of measuring an excessively dissolved gas in the separated oil. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the measurement of the gas content in the oil by determining the excessively dissolved gas. The goal is achieved by the fact that the proposed device is equipped with a turbulizing device made in the form of a chamber with a set of diaphragms connected to a cylindrical body with a pipe with a shut-off valve, and a tank installed under the turbulizing device equipped with a floating piston and a pneumatic actuator. In the end cap, located at the inlet nozzle, there is a groove connecting the annular chamber with the cylindrical Kop / iycoM. The pneumatic actuator is made in the form of a container with compressed gas, ohm, installed under the tank. FIG. 1 shows the described device, general, view; in fig. 2, section A-A of FIG. one . The device contains a horizontal cylindrical body 1, a pressure gauge 2, a plunger 3 placed inside the housing 1, a linear scale 4, a limb 5, a handle 6, a shell 7 with end caps 8 and 9 (the key 8 is made with a groove 10) high pressure valves 11, a branch pipe inlet 12 and outlet pipe 13 of oil, a turbulizer made in the vicinity of the chamber 14 with a set of diaphragms 15 of different diameters and a handle 16, connected to the cylindrical body 1 by means of a nozzle 17 with a stop valve 18, capacity 19, installed under the turbulator and equipped with a floating pore shnekom 20, and a pneumatic actuator, made in the form of a container 21 with compressed gas installed under the container 19. The device works as follows. The device is connected to the pipeline by nozzles 12 and 13, and part of the main flow of the separated oil passes into the casing 1. When the separator is operating, the casing 1 is turned 90 by 90 using the handle 6, and the oil sample in the casing 1 is cut off. 9 are aligned with the high-pressure valves 11, the grooves are aligned with the inlet 12 and outlet 13 of the nozzles, and the oil flow is directed into the annular chamber formed by the shell 7 and the housing 1. This ensures that the trimmed sample is kept constant temperature equal to the temperature of the flow of oil in the pipeline. After the sample is cut off, the body is sealed by closing the valves 11 and the sample is isothermally compressed by inserting the plunger 3 to a pressure of 9.5-10 MPa, at which all free gas is dissolved in the oil. During the compression process, the value, pressure is recorded by the pressure gauge 2, and the change in the sample volume is determined by the linear scale 4 and limb 5 and then the content of free gas in the sample of separated oil is analytically determined at the pressure and temperature in the pipeline. After determining the content of free gas in the sampled oil, the valve 18 opens, and a part of the sample under pressure of 9.5-10 MPa, slightly exceeding the pressure in the container 21, is injected into the container 1. Then the valve 18 is closed, the valves 11 are opened, the plunger 3 is brought to the initial position, the housing 1 is rotated to the initial | position, and the next oil sample is cut off. Then in the chamber 14 the position corresponding to the maximum size of the diaphragm 15 is established by the handle 16, the valve 18 is opened, and a portion of oil from the tank 19 through the diaphragm 15 of the turbulator enters the body under the action of the pressure difference in the container 21 and the body where it is at the moment equal to the pressure in the pipeline. In this case, gas released from the oil passed through the turbulizer, and part of the sample located in housing 1, is equal to tank 19, through which the valve 10 in lid 8 is displaced into the annular chamber between shell 7 and housing 1. Then vents are closed 11 and 18, and the content of free gas in housing 1 is again determined. Since studies are carried out under steady state separation and the content of free gas in the separated oil is constant, the difference between the free gas obtained and the previously measured will be equal to dissolved gas in the tank, leaked during turbulence. Thus, the relative magnitude of the excess gas dissolved in this degree of turbulence, i.e. at a given diameter of the diaphragm, it is equal to (K - K „) where K is the relative content of an excessively dissolved gas at the pressure and temperature of separation; the relative content of free gas in the sample of separated oil at pressure and separation temperature prior to turbulence; the relative content of free gas in the sample of separated oil at pressure and separation temperature after turbulization; volume of cylindrical volume of chamber of compression. If the degree of turbulence in passing oil through the first diaphragm is insufficient, this operation is repeated several times on diaphragms of a smaller diameter to those. until, after the turbulence on three different diaphragms, the wild gas (K) is obtained wildly, which means that the over-amplitude is eliminated, i.e. the oil – gas system has come to the state of thermodynamic equilibrium. Measurement of free and excessively dissolved gas in one device allows reducing the research time of separation plants.
