Description
The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to shoes for emergency braking when moving a ship's compartment on an inclined slipway. A braking device for launching vessels containing a perlin fixed on the vessel and stoppers is known, each pearl is fitted with cones and passed through a stopper made in the form of a cage with trunnions and with a split spring loaded on both sides}. . The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of the design. The closest technical solution known is the emergency braking shoe when the vessel compartment is moved on an inclined slipway 2. The disadvantage of this device is that it does not stop the compartment in case of breakage of the cable of the brake winch. The aim of the invention is to ensure reliable braking. This goal is achieved by the fact that the bottom surface of the shoe is facing the trigger track with ant 4) with a protective coating, filled with sharp edges, and the wedge angle corresponds to the profile of the incident end of the skid. In addition, the height of the ribs exceeds the thickness of the anti-friction coating of the tracks. FIG. 1 shows a metal brake shoe, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig; 3 - a snake with a wedge installed under it; in fig. 4 — node I in FIG. 3. The shoe consists of a metal wedge 1 and a handle 2. The angle of inclination of the bigimak is equal to the angle of inclination of the tangent to the surface of the incident end of the skid. The lower bearing surface of the shoe has sharp ribs 3 with a height exceeding the thickness of the anti-friction POKEYALTY of descents. For the convenience of moving the shoe, a handle is installed on it. When the ship's compartment is moving, such shoes are manually installed on the launch tracks at a distance of 5-10 m in front of the first runner and transferred synchronously with the movement of the compartment. If the brake winch cable breaks, the shoes are left in the path of the compartment. Slip on the shoe, the snake presses it with its
