Description
This invention relates to the technology of extracting potassium chloride from potash ores used as fertilizer. There is a known method of extracting potassium chloride, which includes crushing xyne ore, separating clay slimes, and the main flotation of ore with a ratio of W: T 1.6-2.0. As a result, a valuable product is obtained, which is separated from the pulp, subjected to cleaning and centrifugal to obtain a potassium chloride concentrate and mother liquor. The pulp is thickened and filtered to form halite tailings and the mother liquor returned to cycle 1. A disadvantage of the known method is the low degree of recovery of potassium chloride, which was 84-85% due to loss of potassium chloride with halite tails. nor the extraction of potassium chloride. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a known method of extracting potassium chloride, including grinding potash ore, separating clay ishams, main ore flotation, thickening and filtering to produce potassium chloride concentrate, mother liquor and halite tails, the latter are mixed with mother liquor to a ratio at a temperature of .35-60 ° C, followed by separation of the solution and returning it to the cycle. Distinctive features are the additional mixing of talite tails with the stock solution, the ratio of G: T, and the temperature at which they are shifted. These differences make it possible to increase the degree of recovery of potassium chloride to 90-92%. It is impractical to mix the halite tailings with the mother liquor at a temperature below, since this leads to a significant increase in the duration of the process, and at temperatures above the product is contaminated with sodium chloride. With a W: T ratio of less than 4, the recovery rate does not increase due to the slow dissolution of potassium chloride contained in the halite tails, and mixing to a W: T ratio of more than 10 is impractical because of a significant increase in processed volumes.
Example. 4.15 g of sylvinite ore containing 25% KCt is crushed and mixed with the eutonic solution of KCE and NaCt at 9.55 tons in quantity. Comparison of Grant 2.3. 1200 g of FR-2 Anionic collector, as well as kerosene and polyacrylamide are introduced there. The foam product is cleaned, clarified, and the clay slurry is separated from the solution. The solution is recycled. For the first flotation, 225 g of amine, 120 g of polyacrylamide and 1100 g of kerosene are introduced into the suspension. After flooding, 1000 kg of concentrate with a content of 90% KS d and 3000 kg of halite tailings are obtained.
Halite tails are mixed with 1200 kg heated to the mother liquor, taken in an amount.
6,5%.Ratio L: T 4. The solution is separated from the solid phase and sent to the cycle for main Flotation after mixing with the mother liquor obtained during the isolation of the product. The degree of recovery of chlorine chloride from ore is increased by 6.5%.
The process is carried out analogously to example 1, with different ratios of K: T and the mixing temperature.
