<p>Использование предлагаемого способа термомеханического упрочнения по сравнению с существующими способами позволяет в 2—3 раза повысить контактно-усталостную прочность тяжелонагруженных цементованных деталей, обеспечивая повышение надежности и долговечности, а отсюда и гарантийных сроков службы упрочняемых деталей.</p><p> The invention relates to methods of high-temperature thermomechanical processing and can be used in mechanical engineering for strengthening medium- and heavy-loaded cemented parts. </ p>
<p> Known methods of heat treatment of cemented parts do not always provide the required resistance to pitting formation at high contact loads, since the hardened cemented layer, having high hardness, is prone to brittle fracture [1]. </ p>
<p> By technical essence, the closest solution to this problem is the method of surface thermomechanical treatment of cemented steel [2]. The blanks (rollers 041 mm), after cementation, are subjected to surface induction heating (E <sub> aus </ sub> = 900 ° C), deformations (E <sub> de </ sub> f = -820 ° C), run-in with a roller a constant compression force (E <sub> O </ sub> BK == 85 kg), quenching (7 <sup>, <sub> </ sup> 3 </ sub> = 760 ° C) and tempering (Eot — 200 ° С, τ = = 1 hour). </ P>
<p> The known method allows to increase the wear resistance of cemented parts, but the surface hardening achieved with this method does not ensure reliable operation of heavily loaded parts operating under cyclic contact loads. When surface induction heating does not provide the necessary strength of the core during quenching, the shallow depth of the hardened layer during deformation in the process of high-temperature thermomechanical processing (VTM.O). Running in with a roller with a power closure does not provide a sufficient depth of the hardened layer. Induction heating to 880–900 ° C leads to a coarsening of the structure of alloyed steels and an increase in the amount of residual austenite. </ P>
<p> As a result, in the process of applying high contact loads in the subcortical zone, plastic deformation occurs, which leads to the redistribution of stresses in the cement layer and its destruction. </ p>
<p> The aim of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages. </ p>
<p> This goal is achieved by the fact that cemented parts, in contrast to the known method, are subjected to normalization and subsequent end-to-end induction heating, and the heating is carried out to 820–860 ° C, followed by exposure for 5–120 s, and reduction of 5-10%. · </ p>
<p> Normalization eliminates the cementite mesh in the cemented layer, crushes </ p>

<p> grain in the core and enhances its mechanical properties. </ p>
<p> Through induction heating provides the necessary strength of the core during quenching, increases the depth of the hardened layer during deformation during the HTMO process. </ p>
<p> In the proposed temperature range of heating (820–860 ° C), the required homogeneity of the solid solution over carbon is ensured. Isothermal exposure (t = 5–120 s) when the desired temperature is reached provides a more uniform heating of the workpiece, improves the homogeneity of the solid solution. However, an increase in the holding time τ > 120 sec leads to an increase in the amount of residual austenite in the cemented layer after quenching. </ P>
<p> Given that many of the known deformation methods are characterized by an uneven distribution of the degree of deformation over the cross section (maximum on the surface and minimum in the core), relatively small (by reduction) degrees of deformation λ = 5-10% can be successfully used for cemented parts. The degree of deformation of less than 5% does not provide a sufficiently high efficiency of thermomechanical * s1Hogo hardening. Increasing the degree of deformation λ > 10% is undesirable, as in the marginal zone of the workpiece, there is a release of excess cementite along the boundaries of the deformed grain to a depth greater than the grinding allowance. In addition, as the degree of deformation increases, it is necessary to increase the depth of the cemented layer in the workpiece. </ P>
<p> An example of the method. </ p>
<p> Cemented to a depth of 1.9 ... 2.2 mm tubular 73 on </ sub> p = 45 mm and b / n < = 20 mm and solid 032 mm billets from steel 20X2H4A were subjected to normalization at a temperature of 890 ° C. </ p>
<p> In the HTMO process of the cemented blanks, the following transitions were performed successively: </ p>
<p> 1) heating in a multiturn inductor from a HDTV LZ — 67V installation to a temperature of 7 = 840–860 ° C; </ p>
<p> 2) isothermal aging at a given temperature for 5–60 seconds; </ p>
<p> 3) deformation of a rotating workpiece by pulling with an axial flow of 0.5 m / min through a three-roller head, adjusted to the required size, with a reduction degree of 5-10%; </ p>
<p> 4 </ p>
<p> 4) quenching the workpiece with water in a sprayer located behind the deforming unit. </ p>
<p> After HTMT, parts were subjected to low tempering at T = 150 ° C. </ p>
<p> VTMO according to the proposed scheme with optimal conditions provides all the requirements for the structure and properties of the cemented layer and the core after the usual heat treatment: </ p>
<p> - hardness NNS ^ B; </ p>
<p> - hardness of the NCS 35 ... 49; </ p>
<p> - carbide mesh not higher than 3 points; </ p>
<p> - residual austenite not higher than 3 noodle. </ p>
<p> Bench contact-fatigue tests of sample rollers (7 > n </ sub> = 45 mm, th n </ sub> = = 20 mm, 6 = 8 mm, g = 0.5 mm), cut from blanks after HTMT and conventional heat treatment showed that the limited durability of specimens that passed HTTM increased 2–3 times compared to samples processed by conventional technology. The limit of fatigue on the basis of 5-10 6 </ sup> cycles increases 1.5-2 times. </ P>
<p> Using the proposed method of thermomechanical hardening compared to existing methods allows a 2-3 times increase in contact-fatigue strength of heavily loaded cemented parts, providing increased reliability and durability, and hence the service life of hardened parts. </ p>
