Description
The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to endoprosthesis joints
5 Known endoprosthesis of the knee joint, which contains a plate with a spherical working surface and a leg with a window. five
Однако это устройство не предотвращает возможности вывихивания и миграции эндопротеза, что снижает эффективность протезированияГ/1However, this device does not prevent the possibility of dislocation and migration of the endoprosthesis, which reduces the effectiveness of prosthetics G / 1
The aim of the invention is to prevent. schenie possibility of dislocation and migration of the endoprosthesis 10 tion.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the endoprosthesis is provided with an additional leg that is installed parallel to the first one, and the legs are uneven-high and have 15 supporting elements bent inward at the ends.
In addition, in one of the legs, elongated, two oblong-shaped windows are made.
At the same time, threaded holes are made on the side surface of the plate.

The knee joint endoprosthesis is made of titanium, it has a plate 1 with a spherical working surface, equipped with two legs 2 and 3, large and small, each of which has vertical planes different in height, parallel to each other and relative to the longitudinal axis of the plate, which creates a large stability of the endoprosthesis and excludes its displacement in the frontal plane. This also contributes to the presence of two windows 4 oblong in the elongated leg 2, germinating bone tissue. In addition, each of the legs is provided with supporting elements 5 and 6, bent inward. The supporting elements 5 and 6 are located on the end portions of the vertical planes of the legs, bent to each other and parallel to the plane of the plate. In addition, two pairs of threaded holes 7 are made in the thickness of the plate, intended for fastening the endoprosthesis in the tool holder when the plate is installed in the bone.
The device works as follows.

The presence of supporting elements 5, 6 on the large and small legs of the endoprosthesis excludes its mobility in the sagittal plane, sedimentation, immersion of the endoprosthesis into bone with its osteoporosis allows to compensate for large bone defects without significantly ί increasing the thickness of plate 1, since its support is possible to a large extent on elements of 5, 6 legs, so that it is not necessary to create a perfectly flat surface (bed) for the plate itself and the load is evenly distributed over the entire depth of the bone segment along the longitudinal axis of the tibia, which minimizes the possibility of dislocation of the heelndoprosthesis and the condyle fracture associated with it.
The endoprosthesis is advisable to use when replacing the articular surface of the tibia of the knee joint in clinical institutions of trauma, orthopedic and arthrological profile. The use of the endoprosthesis prevents the possibility of its dislocation and migration.
