Description
R is a hydrocarbon radical containing 8–12 carbon atoms, not previously used in flotation. The chain of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process of flotation of phosphate ores, mainly apatite-carbonate and carbonatite, by increasing the selectivity of the process, simplifying the technological scheme aa by reducing the number of clean-ups and eliminating shum operation operators. The goal is determined by using as the collector of mono-substituted alkyl amides alkyl succinic acid of the formula R -CU-COOH CHr -CO-NHR :, where R is a normal hydrocarbon radical with a carbon number from 10 to 18, R, is a hydrocarbon radical of normal structure with the number of atoms of the nucleus is from 8 to 12. The high flotation activity and selectivity of the proposed compounds are associated with their bifunctional properties: the presence in the molecule of the anionic carboxyl group and the amide group with positively charged nitrogen, which dimsmu corresponds k.ationnomu and anionic state m on the surface apatita.- mineral. Example 1. Floated Apa-carbonate ore. According to the mineralogical analysis, the ore contained (% by weight) apatite 26.3 carbonateB 38.5; forsterite and 16.6 phlogopite 8.1; according to chemical analysis, the content is 17.3%. Ore, crushed to minus 0.315 mm, contained a class of minus 0.063 mm 38.6%. Ore flotation tests were conducted in an open cycle. The consumption of reagents for using the known and proposed collectors was, g / t: Known mode Na., CO, Liquid glass {40%) Regulator (ethoxylated alcohols with the 3rd oxyethylene groups — DS-3) 34 Collector (soap distilled tall stock): -in main flotation80 -in control flotation50. Recommended mode Soda Lia SO350O Liquid glass (40%) 1250 Collector (monosubstituted alkylamide-alkyl succinic acid): -in basic flotation350 -in control flotation100 Apatite concentrate with a content of 39.63% using a listable collector is obtained with one list the main flotation concentrate, while using the known floater to produce a similar concentrate, it is necessary to carry out 3 refineries. The recovery of P-j.Og into apatite concentrate increased by 13.1%. High quality concentrates are obtained from non-slime ore, while using a well-known collector, it is necessary to dewater the flotation feed in class 4 O micron, with R Od with slimes this loss is 1 O%. Flotation of non-slime ore with the use of alkylamides of alkyl succinic acid in a closed cycle included the main and control operations and one clean-up of the main flotation concentrate. The middlings (chamber cleaning and foam control flotation product) were sent to the main flotation. The consumption of reagents was: soda 1500 g / t, liquid glass (40%) 1250 g / t, collector 20О + 1ОО g / t. Using a closed technology using a simplified scheme, a conditional apatite concentrate with a content of 37.42%, MgO 1.5% was obtained, with a relatively high recovery of FJj of 80% from it, Sch) and acid processing. Example 2. Floated ka {bonatite ore, which contained apatite 1-0%, for carbonates 80%. According to chemical analysis, the content of PjOg in the ore
