Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности за счет исключени вли ни окисных пленок и льда на проводах. Дл этого предлагаемое- устройство снабжено В1гшр мительным зар дным блоком , генератором импульсов высокого напр жени с вьюокоомньо вькодом и заградительньол фильтром, включе1шьпл последовательно с токосъемником и сое- днненньш со стороны потребител с выпр м 1тельным зар дным блоком, подключенным к дополнительному источнику питани , соединенному с ходом генератс а импульсов, выход которого подключен к заградительному фильтру-co стсроны проводов. На чертеже изображена схема устройства . Устройство содержит контактную сеть 1 и токосъемник 2, соединенньй с потребителем 3 энергии. На тележке потребител энергии установлен генератор 4 импульсов высокого напр жени , имеющий высокоомный въгход.
