Description

The currently obtained technical casein and vegetable proteins - wool substitutes have major drawbacks, expressed in insufficient mechanical tensile strength. This deficiency is especially sharp in the case of the wet state of the fiber, when its strength falls to an insignificant value.

In the production of casein fiber, technical casein solutions of 18–19% concentration are used. Spinning solutions prepared in ammonia, due to their high viscosities, must be heated in order to achieve the viscosity necessary for the spinning process. The use of caustic soda as a solvent had to be abandoned, owing to the sudden increase in viscosity of the solution observed.

NaOH.In addition, casein solutions have undesirable properties to quickly darken and rot. This phenomenon is observed in the case of the use of both solvents KHdOH and NaOH.

28Application to eliminate decay of antiseptics in the form of fe28

Iola, lysol and tom} has a number of disadvantages.

ми сиедлнени ми .The addition of urea and formaldehyde toxins to stabilize the viscosity and eliminate the decay of the solution is already known, and also a method of treating animals with iron to impart water resistance and other properties of urea to the sediment.

The proposed method for producing casein and other protein fibers differs from the existing methods in that solutions of methionic derivatives of urea or thiourea are used as stabilizers and anti-rotten substances to stabilize casein and other protein fibers.

The condensation products of monomethylolthiourea and dimethylolthiourea, as well as their esters, impart resistance to water and weak bases to all types of protein fiber of both animal and vegetable origin. Solutions of urea methylone derivatives or

- Thioureas allow the use of NaOH as a solvent. This makes it possible to increase the co-concentration of the solution to 26 ° C and above, to prevent the solution darkening and rotting during the time required to complete all prp operations, and also to create a solution that gradually increases its viscosity at room temperature deni -

The subject matter was invented by the Method of producing casein and other protein fibers with the addition of stabilizers and anti-rot substances to the core, and with the aim of imparting stability to the resulting fibers, as stabilizers and anti-rot. Vepdvija uses solutions of methylon derivatives of urea or thiourea.
