Description

Н. и. К. гN. and. Kozin and T. K. Klyueva. A METHOD FOR OBTAINING EMULSION (| lI9gr. G

За влено 6 июл  1946 г. за № 4576 (346355) ;; ;г, . в Министерство пищевой промышленности СССР . ; It was announced on July 6, 1946, No. 4576 (346355) ;; ; g, to the USSR Ministry of Food Industry. ;

13-14°.The described method of obtaining emulsion drying oils is used as an emulsifier of oxidized linseed oil with a hydroxy acid content of 9.5 to 10%, as well as the use of antifreeze (ethylene glycol), due to which the finished product does not freeze at minus 13-14 °.

The resulting emulsions are stable, do not delaminate during long-term storage, and are well rubbed with pigments that contain zinc (white) and iron (red lead). The resulting film dries normally and at the same speed as that of natural drying oil.

1 : 1,5.The emulsifier is prepared by the method of linseed oil oxidation. The oil is heated to a temperature of 150-190 ° C and blown with hot air () at this temperature. The processing process lasts 8-9 hours. The air supply is interrupted after testing the oil on the glass. When ready to form a droplet, it quickly gelles and stretches into the filament. Prepared, oxidized oil in a hot state is diluted by carefully moving it with raw oil at a ratio of 1: 1.5.

Oil based emulsion linseed oil is a natural linseed, manufactured according to the general method.

После подачи всей воды масса дополнительно эмульгируетс  некоторое врем .For the preparation of an emulsion drying oil, an emulsifier in an amount of 5% is added to the natural drying oil in which it must completely dissolve. The resulting base oil is placed in an emulsion apparatus. During the operation of the apparatus, the required amount of water or a solution of ethylene glycol (as an antifreeze) in water is added. The feed rate of the aqueous phase is controlled by emulsion absorption. After all the water has been fed, the mass is additionally emulsified for some time.
