4: The invention relates to the technique of automating the process of electrical cleaning of gases from high-resistance dust and can be applied in the abrasive, cement, energy industry, non-ferrous metallurgy and other industries. There is a known method of automatically controlling the process of electrical cleaning of gases by controlling from the level of electrical resistivity of dust. As a prototype, a method was chosen for automatically controlling the process of electrical gas cleaning, in which the regulation of the consumption of reagents is carried out depending on the sign and magnitude of the derivatives of the corona and the voltage in the electrophile. 41 The disadvantage of this method is the low collection efficiency. In order to eliminate the indicated non-. Prosperity consumption of conditioning reagents is regulated depending on the intensity of the reverse corona. The drawing shows a scheme for implementing a method for automatically controlling the process of electrical gas cleaning. The method is carried out as follows. When a reverse corona occurs on the precipitation electrode of the electrostatic precipitator 1, current pulses appear at the output of sensor 2 due to the development of discharges from the precipitation electrode, the frequency of which is determined by the intensity of the reverse corona. In block 3, the pulse frequency is converted into a continuous signal that controls the actuator 4 of the flow rate of conditioning agents.
