Description

Предлагаемый, согласно изобретению , прибор предназначен дл  определени  величины уравновешивающей массы и места ее креплени  при балансировке роторов вращающихс  механизмов, производимой при полном числе оборотов.The device according to the invention is intended to determine the magnitude of the balancing mass and its attachment point when balancing the rotors of the rotating mechanisms, which is produced at full speed.

На фиг. I показано устройство приборной доски; на фиг. 2 - градусна  шкала, нанесенна  на приборную доску; на фиг. 3 - расположение трех точек на испытуемом роторе.FIG. Прибор состоит из доски 12, на которой сделаны два прореза 1 ,и 2, расположенные по окружности с радиусом 100 мм.The device consists of a board 12, on which two slits 1, and 2 are made, located around a circle with a radius of 100 mm.

Все зажимы поворачиваютс  в своих центрах, перепендикул рных к поверхности доски 12 с нанесенной на ней градусной шкалой (фиг. 2). Зажим 4 креп т на нулевом градусе шкалы. В зажимы 3, 4, 5 и 6 вставлены рейки 8, 9, 10 -л 11. одним концом шарнирно соединенные между собою в точке 7. Рейки 8 и 10 закрепл ют в зажимах 3 и 5; остальные рейки в зажимах пе креп т.
