Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к меалообработ ке, в частности к изготовлению резьбооб разующего инструмента. Известен способ изготовлени  круглых плашек, в отверстии корпуса которых устанoвлtн рабочий элемент с резьбовым отверстием 1. Недостатком такого способа  вл етс  сложность изготовлени  плашки, так как ее рабочий элемент выполнен в виде трех соприкасаюш.ихс  дуг, в месте контакта которых с внутренней стороны закреплены режуш,ие пластиньь Цель изобретени  - упрощение процесса изготовлени  плашки. Это достигаетс  тем, что рабочий элемент выполн ют в виде многогранника с цилиндрическим отверстием и затем запрессовывают его в отверстие корпуса. На фиг. 1 изображен рабочий элемент до запрессовки; на фиг. 2 представлена кругла  плашка дл  образовани  резьбы -методом пластической деформации. В цилиндрическое отверстие 1 корпуса 2 запрессовывают рабочий элемент 3 в виде многогранника с резьбовым цилиндрическим отверстием 4. В результате этого рабочий элемент 3 деформируетс  и его резьбовое отверстие принимает многогранную форму, то есть образуютс  деформируюш ,ие резьбообразуюш,ие выступы. При этом величина огранки выбираетс  исход  из необходимой высоты выступов на плашке после запрессовки. Диаметр отверсти  корпуса должен соответствовать диаметру окружности , вписанной в многогранник рабочего элемента. Вариантом осуществлени  предлагаемого способа может быть и изготовление многогранного отверсти  в корпусе и рабочего элемента в виде цилиндра.
