Description

(54) METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL BREEDING OF TIPPINGS

, 1,,,. The invention relates to the fishing industry, in particular to the methods of artificial breeding. . . The known method of artificial breeding of trepangs is concluded in the joint keeping of males and females in the amount of 8-10 individuals in one vessel, with increasing temperatures before spawning - up to 250СЧ1}. However, in the known method, in the presence of sperm in the water, spawning is delayed, the period of their holding is increased, and the probability of the release of the eggs decreases to zero. But it is known that the sperm of the male is a biological stimulator of the maturation of the sex products and the spawning of calves. At the same time, it was established that an excess of sperm in water adversely affects the condition of male trepangs, since the skin-muscular bag of trepangs become dehydrated and ulcers appear on it, especially during the pre-intersea period. For a favorable dispensation of trepangs, an equilibrium of the presence of heads in a vdde is necessary. “The aim of the invention is to create optimal CONDITIONS for spawning and trepangs and preventing diseases of males. To achieve this goal, the transparency of the water is maintained at a level of 87-92%, which corresponds to a sperm concentration of 1.5-2.5 ppm. The method is as follows. In a vessel with a capacity of 50 l with sea water, at least 8–15 individuals are placed, since half of the tripe. According to external morphological signs, it is impossible to establish males and females of one colony in such a number of individuals that will provide an adequate ratio of Males and females , at iodine temperature equal to the water temperature of their place of residence at the time of spawning stimulation. This temperature is maintained for 1-2 days to adapt the animals to changing living conditions. Then the temperature of water is gradually increased and brought to spawning temperature, which is optimal for spawning. The spawning of males occurs earlier than samrk, the semen is released into the water, which is.

At the same time changes prozachnost.

The transparency of the water is maintained at a level of 87-92% by controlling the flow-through change of water. Transparency

Water is determined by comparing it with a pre-calculated sperm solution, which corresponds to 1.52, 5 mln / ml, or a device for determining the transparency of water.

The proposed method provides the creation of the desired concentration of sperm, which contributes to the maturation of the genital products of female trepang.,

предотвращает заболевание производителей , увеличивает количество и качество оплодотворенной икры иprevents the disease of manufacturers, increases the quantity and quality of fertilized caviar and

,сокращает сроки работ по выращиванию трепангов., reduces the terms of work on the cultivation of sea cucumbers.
