Изобретение относитс к устройствам ;дп разрушени водонефт ной эмульсии и может примен тьс при обезвоживании и обессоливании нефти на промыслах и нефтеперерабатьтакших предпри ти х. Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату вл етс устройство дл разрушени водонефт ной эмульсии, включающее емкость с узлом ввода эмульсии . Недостаток известного аппарата заключаетс в том, что ведение процесса разрушени эмульсии только при ламинарном режиме движени не обеспечивает достаточной степени разрушени бронирую щих оболочек на глобулах пластовой воды и укрупнени мелких капель воды, вслед ствие чего наблюдаетс большое остаточное содержание воды в готовой нефти, Uenb изобретени - интенсификаци процесса разрушени эмульсии при обезвоживании и обессоливании нефти. С этой целью узел ввода эмульсии выполнен в виде расположенных под угЛОМ друг к другу сопел, оси которых пересекаютс . На фиг. 1 изображено устройство дл разрушени водонефт ной эмульсии, продольный разрез; на фиг. 2 - то же, поперечный разрез.. Устройство содержит коллектор I, сопла 2, емкость 3 и патрубок 4. Устройство работает следующим образом . Нагретую до температуры ЗО-45 С водонефт ную эмульсию (с капл ми воды размерами не более 20 мкм) с введенным деэмульгатором ввод т из коллектора 1. через сопла 2 в емкост):, 3 высокоскоростными пересекающимис стру ми. При aiwpгичных механических взаимных столкновени х струй эмульсии происходит соудчг рение глобул воды между собой, заключенных в бронирующие оболочки. В результате энергичного соударе 1и происходит снижение механической прочности бронирующих оболочек ил глобул.чх поиы и полное их разрушение. The device works as follows. A water-oil emulsion heated to an SO-45C temperature (with water droplets of no more than 20 µm in size) with injected demulsifier is introduced from collector 1. through nozzles 2 into the reservoir: 3 high-speed intersecting jets. In case of aiwigical mechanical mutual collisions of emulsion jets, the globules of water interfere with each other, enclosed in reservation shells.
