Description
The invention relates to the rubber industry, namely to rubber compounds for the manufacture of heat-resistant rubber parts (RTD) based on chlorine-containing elastomers. For the production of a wide variety of RTDs, including sealing, various chlorine elastomers are recommended for use, and in particular new promising elastomers, epichlorohydrin homopolymers and copolymers, characterized by increased heat resistance and high resistance to swelling in aggressive fluids. Known rubber compounds based on chlorine-containing elastomers, including zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, 2-mercaptoimidazoline, filler, stearic acid, antioxidant, and additionally pentaerythritol 1J. The crosslinking of epichlorohydrin elastomers is carried out due to the ability of chloromethylene groups of the side chains of elastomers to react with compounds of the type 2-mercaptoimidazoline, hexamethylenediamine and other vulcanizing agents. The effectiveness of the vulcanization process with these compounds is largely determined by the presence. in the system of the best acid acceptor. A disadvantage of the known rubber mixture is that when using a combination of powdered pentaerythritol with zinc oxide for vulcanization, an uneven distribution of ingredients in the rubber mixture is observed. This leads to the inhomogeneity of the rubber mixture, the agglomeration of neEtariterite crystals on the surface and in the volume of products and sharply affects the quality of the finished product. The purpose of the invention is to improve the technological properties and increase the heat resistance of vulcanizates in a stressed state. The above objective is achieved in that the rubber mixture based on chlorine-containing elastomers includes windows,
