Description
The use of wild species of tomatoes and other members of the family of the nightshade as a plant material for the production of tomato I. is known. However, the yield of tomatin from these plants is relatively low. There is a method of increasing the content of tomatin in plant raw materials by crossing wild species and cultivated varieties of tomatoes with the subsequent removal of flowers from plants of an interdispecific hybrid L. pimpinellifolium L. esculentum var. scopi gerum Lehmann 2. A disadvantage of the known method is that the hybridization process is complex and lengthy and the effect achieved is no more than 15%. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process, reduce costs and increase tomatin in plant raw materials. The goal is achieved by inoculating tomato plants on tobacco. Example about Samsun tobacco plants were grown to the phase of six to seven true leaves. Tomato plants of variety Hothouse 200 and wild species L. paruv-ianum Mi EL were grown to phase three to four true leaves. Tomato plants were grafted onto tobacco by splitting. The results illustrating the increase in the amount of tomatin in plants prio are tabulated. Table Content of Volume Options for Tina in the Leaves Plants of a Variety Tepl, Personal 200 (control) 1.48 + 0.1 Plants of the Variety Teplichny 200, grafted on tobacco 2.97 ± 0.2

The increased content of tomatin in plants of privo is due to the fact that tominin is formed in the leaves of the tomato and, when the latter is grafted on the tobacco plants, there is no outflow of tbmatin into the roots.
The proposed method makes it possible to increase the content of tomatin by 60-100%, moreover, in ec
