Description
I The invention relates to the technology of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of products from dense silicate concrete. A visual inspection of products in the autoclave ire process or after unloading products from autoclave 1 is known. The closest to the present invention is a method for determining the cracking of dense silicate concrete products during autoclave processing, which includes a selection of samples followed by heat treatment and visual inspection of products in an autoclave process. 2. The disadvantage of these methods is the subject (the ability to determine the moment of crack formation). This does not allow to go to a quantitative evaluation of the results. The purpose of the invention is to determine the moment of the formation of chips, which is achieved by the method of determining the cracking of products from the platens. in a non-defective area of the product, heat the samples to 200 ± 20 ° C, exude for 3-4 hours, fix their weight, then raise the temperature to 700 ° C with a scramble of 100–150 ° / h and again take the weight, Z according to the difference in weight reduction of the samples taken. In the event that a crack arose at the stages of pressure rise in the autoclave due to the fact that the hydrosilicate bonds of concrete on the crack surface and in the defect-free area of the product surface are almost O1-1, the difference in weight loss due to removal of bound water from them does not exceed 0, 05%. If this difference exceeds - a crack in the stage of pressure reduction in the autoclave or in the process of cooling products is already nocire iix extractor from the autoclave. . PRI m e p. Samples of silicate-concrete products are formed from lime-sand mixtures. In samples 1 and 3, the art of sho creates cracks at the stage of pressure rise in the autoclave. In samples 2 and 4, artificially create cracks at the final stage of autoclaving. After removing samples from the autoclave from the surface of the cracks and from the defect-free surface of the sample, samples of 7067 5 5.4 weighing 2 g are taken. The flpofibr is heated to 71 ° C, according to the best conditions. The results of determining the time of occurrence of cracks in samples of silicate concrete are given in the table. The difference in weight loss in the range of 200-700 ° C for samples I and 3 is 0.03-0.04%; for samples 2 and 3 this difference is 0.36-0.51%.
