Известен способ получени  биметаДли- ческих труб диффузионной сваркой, при котором в наружную трубную заготЪвку вставл ют внутреннюю заготовку в виде сплошного шлнндра, сварочное давление создают путем двустороннего осевого сжати  торцов этого шЛиндра, а после сварки по оси цилиндра выполн ют отверстие ij. Недостатком этого способа  вл етс  низкое качество сварки из-за неравномерной деформации цилиндра по всей площади контактировани . Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение качества сварки путем равномерной деформахдаи цилиндра по всей площади контактировани . Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в сплошном шлнпдре по его торцам предварительно выполн ют глухие oceBiie отверсти  диаметром меньше внутреннего диаметра из х: авливаемой трубы, а дву- стороннее осевое сжатие Осуществл ют и по донышкам глухих отверстий с помощью ступенчатых инструментов с коническим выступом на торцах меньшего диаметра. Способ осущеЗтвл етс  следующим образом. На внутренней поверхности наружной трубной заготовки нарезают резьбу, вставл ют в нее внутреннюю заготовку в вице сплошного цилиндра. В последнем по его торцам предварительно выполн ют глухие осевые отверсти  диаметром меньше внутреннего диаметра изготавливаемой трубы. В отверсти  внутренней заготовки устанавливают ступенчатые инструменты с кшическим выступом на торцах меньшего диаметра. The method is carried out as follows. A thread is cut into the inner surface of the outer billet, and the inner billet is inserted into it into a vice solid cylinder. In the latter, deaf axial holes with a diameter smaller than the internal diameter of the pipe being manufactured are preliminarily made at its ends. In the holes of the inner workpiece install stepped tools with kshicheskom ledge on the ends of a smaller diameter. The blanks thus assembled are installed in the vacuum chamber of the welding installation, heated to the temperature of diffusion welding, and the axial compression of the continuous cylinder is performed.
