Можно предотвратить образование накипи на поверхност х нагрева выпарных аппаратов, если не допускать соприкосновени  гор чей поверхности с увариваемым продуктом или жидкостью, наход щимис  в некип щем состо нии. С этой целью предлагаетс  склонные к образованию накипи продукты и жидкости доводить в выпарном аппарате до бурного кипени  острым паром, подаваемым через барботер, после чего дать теплоноситель к поверхности нагрева, закрыть барботер и вести упаривание в обычном пор дке.It is possible to prevent the formation of scale on the heating surfaces of the evaporators by preventing contact of the hot surface with the product or liquid being boiled or in non boiling state.
