Description

(54) METHOD FOR OPERATING AND POSTOPERATIVE ANESTHETIS

The invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology. There is a method of operative and postoperative anesthesia by applying a pulsed electric current with a frequency of Hz lasting from 1 to 30 s for the area of certain biologically active points 1. However, this method does not allow to prevent and treat pain syndrome in the operative and postoperative periods in surgical patients, since it is designed to treat only diseases of the peripheral nervous system that are accompanied by pain. In addition, this method cannot be used as the analgesic component of the combined total anesthesia, since the application of direct current with its field changing to the opposite does not allow for the effective elimination of pain impulses during the performance of many hours of surgical intervention. The aim of the invention is to enhance the analgesic effect. This is achieved by the fact that according to the proposed method, current in the form of packs of pulses of positive polarity with a frequency of 0.01-0.025 Hz and negative polarity with h-frequency of 0.1-0.5 Hz is applied before the narcosis is introduced. act, and after intravenous anesthesia - on corporal and auricular points. The method of operative and postoperative pain relief concludes with the following. 30 minutes before the start of the operation, the needles are placed in the patient’s 6 points of total exposure, to which a pulsed electric current is supplied in the form of packets of pulses, the polarity of which changes to the opposite, and the pulse repetition frequency in packs of 10-15 Hz frequencies characterizing the biological activity of the brain in the surgical stage of anesthesia. The duration of packs of positive polarity pulses is 1-5 s, and the duration of packs of negative polarity pulses varies within 20-50 s, such an alternation of positive and negative pulses of corresponding durations allows, on the one hand, to avoid intensive corroding of needles and with
