Известна установка дл подводного вертикального выт}шени позвоночника, котора содержит элементы креплени больного в виде подлокотников, тазовой гильзы, головодержател и нагрузочный механизм с грузами 1. Однако в этой установке больной не может находитьс в естественном положении, что затрудн ет процесс выт жени . Целью изобретени вл етс сохранение естественного положени больного при выт жении в услови х бассейна. Цель достигаетс тем, что в установке нагру зочный механизм снабжен направл ющими, установленными на стенке и дне бассейна, плавучим резервуаром, на котором размещены телескопические трубки с подвижными стержн ми , несущими упоры, компрессором с системой труб и двум вентил ми, двум парами втулок, подвижно установленных на направл ющих , причем одни из втулок .неподвижно с .телескопическими трубками, другие жестко св заны со стержн ми посредством поперечин, компрессор соединен с помощью труб с плавучим резервуаром, а элементьГ креплени больного размещены на подвижных стержн х. На фиг. 1 схематично изображена установка дл подводного вертикального вь1т жени позвоночника , в надводном положении плавучего резервуара; на фиг. 2 - то же, в подводном положении резервуара; на фиг. 3 - сечение А-А на фиг. 1.1 . Установка содержит бассейн 1, элементы креплени больного в виде подлокотников 2, тазовой гильзы 3, головодержател 4 и нагрузочный механизм с грузами 5. Нагрузочный механизм снабжен направл ющими 6, установленными на стенке и дне бассейна, и плавучим резервуаром в виде понтона 7, на котором размещены телескопические трубки 8 с подвижными стержн ми 9, несущими упоры 10. Кроме того, механизм содержит компрессор И с системой труб и двум вентил ми 12 и 13, причем компрессор соединен с помощью труб с плавучим резервуаром. На направл ющих 6 подвижно установлены две пары втулок 14, 5 причем ОДНИ ИЗ втулок 14 неподвижно св заны с телескопическими трубками 8, а другие жестко св заны со стержн ми 9 посредством поперечин 15. Причем злёмеиты креплени больного размещены на подвижных стержн х 9, направл ющие снабжены упорами 16, а ком рессор снабжен рессивером 17. Установка работает следующим образом. На наход щийс в надводном положении по тон 7 (фиг. 1) входит больной, опираетс на подлокотники 2, з репл ют головодержатель на шее больного, одевают тазовую гильзу 3.
