A ship hatch cover is known that includes a group of leading and trailing sections pivotally interconnected, mounted for movement by means of rollers on rails attached to supporting surfaces of a coaming, and leading the sections are articulated with the coaming of the hatch, and the guides are made with notches containing walls located at an acute angle to the supporting surface of the coaming and mated with the rollers of the driven sections 1 . The disadvantage of the ship's hatch cover is the lack of operational reliability. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the reliability in the operation of the ship's hatch cover. The goal is achieved by the fact that it is provided with longitudinal and transverse stops with working surfaces m-m, mounted on both sides of the coaming, and the followers and sections are made with longitudinal and transverse support elements, including working surfaces, and the working surfaces of transverse stops are made mating with working surfaces of transverse support elements and are located in planes intersecting the supporting surface of the coaming along straight, parallel guides, and working surfaces are longitudinal s abutments formed mating with working surfaces microns longitudinal support elements and are disposed in planes peresekagsschih abutment surface on the forward coaming by direct, perpendicular to the guide. An additional feature of the invention is that the longitudinal stops are trapezoidal in shape, and the longitudinal supporting elements have trapezoidal grooves made in the side walls of the driven sections and are aligned with the trapezoidal shaped longitudinal stops, while the working surfaces of the transverse stops are at an acute angle to the supporting surface. coaming, and the working surfaces of the trapezoidal shape of the longitudinal stops are inclined to the support surface of the coaming at an acute angle less than the inclination of the walls; Moreover, the cuts of the supporting elements contain brackets on which trapezoidal nasHfs are located, the brackets attached to the side walls of the driven and leading sections, and their trapezoidal grooves are made in conjunction with the trapezoidal grooves of the lateral walls and the guide plates. In fig „. 1 shows a plan view of a hatch cover, which is in the closed position; in fig. 2 is a side view of the hatch cover (the dashboard tarijush lines show the closing sections in the open position); in FIG. 3 - V7LD A in FIG. 1 (rollers, brackets with t5ra, pey.endal nasaivcs and; longitudinal up.ori); Fig. 4 is a cross section on .. 1 (along transverse ypopa.4f, installed on a man's coaming and along transverse support elements of the section), in Fig. 5 a section on fig. 3 „The ship's hatch includes the group of leading and side sections 1, 2f 3f 4., 5, and 6f pivotally interconnected mounted -; with the possibility of movement through rollers 7 along the track guiding 8 f attached to. supporting surfaces of .9 coaming's 10, Leading sections 1 and 6 are pivotally connected to the courings; 10 hatchways 8 are made with cuts a, the walls containing 11 of them are re-angled at an angle of sharpness - ci to the support surface 9 of the coaming and with 7 rollers 3, 4, and 5 that are driven with rollers 7. Ship hatch closure is provided with longitudinal and transversely fixed 12 and 13 with working surfaces of the billows mounted on both sides of the coaming .; and the buckets and leading plates 2, 5, 1 are made with longitudinal support elements or transverse support elements. 14, including: a. working surfaces guide. The working surfaces in the transverse support 13 are aligned with the mating and working surfaces of the transverse supporting elements 14 and crafted in the plates intersecting the supporting surface of the 9 coaming in straight parallel directions 1 € 8, and the working surfaces longitudinal stops 12 are filled with mating with working surfaces and longitudinal support elements and are located in the planes intersecting the supporting surface of the 9th X-wings along the right, perpendicular to the guide 8. Distrubable stops 12 are made of trapezoidal shape and longitudinal supporting elements - contain trapezoidal grooves e, made from the E lateral walls of the ved x sections 2 and facing with the trapezoidal rod stops 12, the working surfaces in the transverse stops 13 are arranged at an acute angle to the support surface 9 of the comings, and the working surfaces of the trapezoidal pad b stops 12 inclined to support the coaming surface 9 under the cool; angle p, smaller than the sharp goal ol, the inclination of the walls of the 11 cuts and guiding the 8 dd excluding the zak.7 Shivanr sections when the hatch is opened-closed. The longitudinal support elements contain brackets 15, on which trapezoidal elements are located, and the brackets 15 are attached to the sides. the walls of the curtain x ectsd 2 and 5, and. their trapezoidal elements are made with conjugate to the trajectory {m grooves e of the lateral rolls of the second 2 and 5, between the working surfaces b and in the longitudinal and transverse stops 12 and 13 and the working surfaces of the g and the trapezoidal grooves e. small supporting elements 14 are installed in the transverse support elements. The following sections 1 and b are connected to the hatch coamings by means of hinges 16. The shipboard hatch closure works (ONE way When transporting fixed hatch covers .x tons of cargoes, for example, containers, conditions of ship’s rolling When driving, the driven and leading sections of 4 t b will move, displaced both in the direction of the board and along the vessel. At the same time, gaps are chosen between the working surfaces of the bush in the longitudinal and transverse stops 12 and 13 and between the working surfaces and d and trapezoidal grooves e and transverse support elements 14, they come into contact, thanks to the section fixed relative to the minute of the gas and 10 ". As a result, the mutual displacement of the sec 1b and the sealing elements (sealing shoulder gasket) decreases sharply, ensuring that the waterproof Closing and extending the service life of gaskets From the perception of shear forces, the longitudinal / lateral and transverse stops 12 and 13 unload the parts connecting the sections between themselves and the coaming (hinges, loops, delays, wedges), and also the parts of the rollers 7, which allows It significantly reduces their strength dimensions. Limited gaps between working surfaces b in longitudinal and transverse stops 12 and 13 and between working surfaces hydro trapezoidal grooves on transverse supporting elements 14 prevent seizure of sections between the stop and their additional loading when approaching the opposite sides of the coaming, arising in co-deplanation conditions of the coaming during the course of the vessel at an angle to the wave front.
