Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что предлагаемое устройство содержит первый и второй конденсаторы, подключенные одними обкладками к выходу импульсного и токового каналов, а другими к входу первого и второго коммутаторов, управление которыми осуществл етс компаратором, причем коммутаторы- поочередно подключают обкладки конденсаторов к первому резистору , включенному последовательно со входом операционного усилител , и к разр дному резистору.
