модифицирующего агента - эфира малеиновой кислоты в расчете на 1 т полимера по цене за 1 т дает экономию, учиты- ва все промежуточные расходы, k руб на 1 т полимера.mil dodecyl esters in the amount of 0.2 - weight per polymer. The use of the above air increases their maximum allowable concentration in the working area SpDKr. due to the low volatility of these esters compared with maleic anhydride. PDKr: maleic anhydride is T mg / m-, maleic acid 1.6 mg / m. and MPC. . The H.RT of said ether is 3.8-5.2 mg / m. Modified diene polymers obtained by the proposed method are characterized by cohesive strength, stress at kOQ% elongation, as well as - properties of rubbers based on them. Example 1. (control). Cis-1, -polyisoprene, containing up to 10 water, is fed to a mixer-dryer, where it is treated at 170 ° C with 2% by weight of maleic anhydride per polymer. The modification reaction is carried out simultaneously with the drying of the polymer. Characteristics of rubber mixtures and vulcanizates based on the obtained modified polymer are shown in the table. Example 2. Cis-1, 4-polyisoprene containing water is fed to the mixer "-dryer, where it is treated with 0.2 wt.% Calculated on the polymer of maleic acid hexadecyl ester at 200 ° C. The modification reaction is carried out simultaneously with the drying of the polymer. The characteristics of the rubber mixtures and vulcanizates based on the polymer obtained are given in the table. Example 3. Cis-1, -polyisoprene, containing water, is fed to a dryers, where it is treated with 1 wtD calculated on the polymer of maleic acid butyl ester at. The characteristics of rubber compounds and vulcanizates based on the polymer obtained are given in the table. Example 4. Cis-1, 1-polyisoprene containing water, served in a mixer-dryer, where it is wound 2 weight. based on the polymer mixture of the decyl and dodecyl esters of maleic acid at 250 ° C. Characteristics of rubber mixtures and vulcanizates based on the obtained polymer are given in the table. Example 5. Cis-1,4-polybutadiene containing water, is fed into the mixer-dryer, where it is treated with k weight. in the calculation of the polymer of the octyl ester of maleic acid at. Characteristics of rubber mixtures and vulcanizates based on the obtained polymer are given in the table. Thus, the proposed method allows the use of maleic acid esters as non-volatile and non-toxic substances as modifying agents, which reduces the pollution of the air basin and the marketable product. In addition, these maleic esters are water-insoluble; WTO allows them to be introduced into the polymer before the water degassing stage for more uniform distribution in the polymer. The proposed method also makes it possible to increase the cohesive strength of raw rubber compounds, to increase heat generation and to reduce the frost resistance coefficient of vulcanizates based on modified diene polymers. The economic effect from the use of the proposed invention can be an LLC RUR per year, subject to the release of 100,000 tons per year of a modified polymer, since the introduction of 1 weight. modifying agent - maleic acid ester per 1 ton of polymer at a price of 1 ton gives savings, taking into account all intermediate costs, k RUB per 1 ton of polymer.
