По технической сущности и дocтигaeмo му эффекту наиболее близким к данному изобретению  вл етс  беоипоночное соединение , содержащее вал и втулку, сопр гаемые по поверхност м некруглого сечени  образованного чередующимис  выступами и впадинами, описанными дугами окружностей l. Недостатком известного соединени   вл ютс  небольша  нагрузочна  способность соединени  и сложна  технологи  изготовлени . Цель изобретени  - повьпиение нагрузочной способности соединени  и упрс цение технологии изготовлени . Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что Центры дуг окружностей расположены на делительной окружности в точках пересечени  с ней осей симметрии выступов и впадин, а величина радиуса кривизны этих дуг окружностей определена по формуле Scosot 2 S -толщина выступов по делительной окружности} оС -угол профил  исходного контура. На чертеже показано предлагаемое бесшпоночное соед1шение. Соединение содержит вал 1 и втулку 2, сопр гаемые по поверхности 3 некруглого сечени , образованного чередующимис  выступами и впад1даами, описанными дугами окруншостей 4 радиусом К .
