Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени , а именно к устройству подшипников качени , эффективно работаю щих в услови х глубокого вакуума. ; Известен подшипник качени , содержащий внутреннее и наружное кольца и пол1В1е шарики. 1. Целью изобретени вл етс повыше- . ние надежности подшипника качени путем интенсификации теплоотвода из зоны контакта шариков с кольцами. Это достигаетс тем, что в известном подшипнике качени , содержащем внутрен нее и нарухшое кольца и полые шарики, внутренн полость шариков частично заполнена теплоносителем. В качестве теплоносител могут быть использованы, например , ртуть, калий, натрий, литий. На фиг. 1 изображен подшипник качени , разрез; на фиг. 2 дано сечение А-А на фиг. 1. Подшипник качени содержит внутреннее 1 и наружное 2 кольца и полые ша- ркки 3. Внутренн полость 4 шйриков частично заполнена теплоносителем 5. Подшипник качени работает следующим образом., При вращении одного из колец подшипника в зоне трени шариков о кольца выдел етс тепло. Если теплоноситель находитс , например, в твердом состо нии, то под действием выделившегос тепла он расплавл етс и растекаетс по внутренней поверхности шарика кольцеобразным- слоем, омыва при этом наиболее нагретую часть стенки шариков. За счет поглощени тепла из стенки теплоноситель испар етс с поверхности образовавшегос сло и конденсируетс в зоне, прилегающей к оси вращени шариков, как более холодной в сравнении с зоной контакта шариков о кольца. При этом теплова энерги переноситс из зоны испарени в зону конденсации, а далее тепло сбрасываетс во внешнюю среду. By absorbing heat from the wall, the coolant evaporates from the surface of the formed layer and condenses in the zone adjacent to the axis of rotation of the balls, as cooler in comparison with the zone of contact of the balls on the ring. In this case, heat energy is transferred from the evaporation zone to the condensation zone, and then the heat is discharged to the external environment.
