The method is carried out as follows.
A layer of photopolymerizable material is applied to the plate cylinder in various ways, for example, by applying a photosensitive material directly to the plate cylinder or by gluing a previously formed film of photopolymerizable material onto the cylinder.
As radiation sources, for example, slit light sources are used, giving a narrow, normally incident stream of light parallel to the generator of the plate cylinder.
1.The heat treatment is carried out at a temperature greater than the glass transition temperature of the uncured photopolymerizable layer, but less than its pour point, usually at 60-150 ° C. The duration of heat treatment, depending on the type of photopolymerizable material, temperature and thickness of the layer ranges from 5 to 120 minutes. Example 1

Отлитую пленку приклеивают к подложке (стальной лист) при помощи полиуретанового кле .A 0.4 mm thick film is cast from the material solution on a Trommel. The cast film is glued to the substrate (steel sheet) with polyurethane glue.
On the photopolymer plate thus obtained, they copy a combined image of a positive raster with a lineature of 70 LIN / CM and a tone negative containing a model halftone density scale. Tight contact between the photoforms and the photopolymerizable layer is achieved by using a transparent polymer film pressed by vacuum. LUF-80 fluorescent lamps equipped with a slatted screen are used as the source of actinic radiation. The distance from the radiation source to the photopolymer plate is 600 mm. Copy a photographic image for 3 hours.
2.then the copy is heated in a heat chamber at 70-80 ° C for 60 minutes. Example 2
3.A model steel cylinder with a diameter of 130 mm is installed in the centers of the device for applying layers of material to the surface of the cylinder. The device includes a thinning die, with which a layer of material prepared according to example 1 is applied to the cylinder while the latter is rotating at a speed of t / 5 rpm. Thickness of a layer 40-50 microns applied in one revolution. The thickness of the dried photopolymerizable layer is adjusted to 0.4 mm, after which a combined image of a positive raster with a linagura 70 LIN / CM and a tone negative containing a model halftone density scale is copied onto it. Tight contact between the photoforms and the photopolymerizable layer is achieved by using a transparent polymer film pressed by vacuum. Copying is carried out using a PRK-7 mercury-quartz lamp, equipped with a parabolic m reflector and a slit diaphragm parallel to the generator of the cylinder. It is copied for 25 minutes, after which it is heated in a heat chamber at 90-100 ° C for 30 minutes. Example 3
4.The film cast in example 1 is glued to a model cylinder with polyurethane adhesive. Further operations are carried out according to example 2. Example 4.
A photopolymer plate is prepared according to example 1. The illuminated image of a positive raster and a tone negative is mounted on the last one and placed at a distance of 600 mm from the panel of radiators LUF-80, as described in example 1. With the help of heaters, the plate is heated to PO-120 ° C and copy the image for 20 mic, maintaining the above temperature.
3 и 4.The gradation characteristics of the forms obtained in Examples 1-4 correspond to those shown in FIG. 3 and 4.
The use of the method simplifies the process of making intaglio printing plates by reducing the number of manufacturing operations, eliminates the solvent-forming operation, and expands the range of photopolymerizable materials by using materials that do not appear in the available solvents.
