Distinctive feature

The proposed machine is that for sowing mulch, their materials used are hollow vras, ayush, and there are drums consisting of two parts located at a certain distance from each other on one axis and equipped with fixed restraints that serve adjustment of seeding mulch. .

The machine produces mulch crops like vegetables, for example, carrots, beets, etc., and industrial crops, for example, cotton. The grip size of the machine can be matched to the standard spacing. The machine can produce sowing of vegetable crops both on cages, and continuous, without chests.

Seeding is done with a coil of a known type. There are no coulters in the machine, instead of them, special furrowers with a skid sealing the bottom of the groove. Through this wire, the seeds are sown in an open groove and

powdered with a mulching mass: humus, peat, etc.

The rotating drum with the mulch mass in it, followed by the furrower, sows the mulch into the grooves through an opening adjusted by a special device. The cross-section of the sowing layer of mulch mol-set varies both in width — up to 6 cm, and in thickness of the powder, from 0.2–0.3 cm to 6 cm.

In the proposed machine, the principle of active seeding through an adjustable hole is applied. Peat, humus, sawdust usually sow easily when sowing, as a result of which it is necessary to install agitators or similar devices that complicate the design of the machine.

In the proposed machine, all the mass enclosed in the drum rotates during operation; in this way, the possibility of mass caking and the formation of arches above the outlet is thus eliminated, which ensures uniformity of seeding and reliability of the working process.

In FIG. 1 and 2 show a side view and a plan of the machine; FIG. 3 and 4 are a mulching working body, and FIG. 5 and 6 - the furrower.

For sowing seeds, conventional sowing devices are used, for example, Guzier 1 reels. Rotation of the coils is performed from the shaft of the mulch drums using chain 2.

The puncher 3 has a skid 4 folded against the stroke, with which it compresses the opened furrow. The furrower consists of a rack 5, carrying the side wings 6 and a polozki 4. Different depth of the course - the overhangs of the openers are achieved by additional weights.

The mulching tool consists of two conical drums; parts 7 and 8 of the drums have walls 9 to which bushings 10 and 11 are attached.

The rims 12 of the drums are provided with ribs 13, which stiffen the drums and make it easier for them to accurately fit the surfaces of the stops 14, 15. The drums are rotated using a chain .16 from the main shaft of the machine. The sleeve 10 is rigidly mounted on the shaft 17, and the sleeve 11 sits on the thread on the sleeve 10 and therefore, when rotating, the right (in the drawing of FIG. 4) drum approaches or moves away from the left drum; the distance between the sides, which is the outlet, can thus be regulated and give a large or small output of the mulch mass.

The sleeve 11 is fixed on the sleeve 10 by means of a stopper. Adjusting the output of the mulching mass is achieved, in addition, by two more limiters: fixed 14 and movable 15. Limiters 14 and 15 prevent the premature loss of the mulching mass.

Limiter 14 has loosening teeth 18 and is attached to a common drum frame; the stopper 15, also carrying the loosening teeth, swivels on the axis 17 and, with the aid of the suspension 19 connected to the lever 20, can change the outlet opening. When moving to the transport position, the stopper 15, turning on the axis, levers tightly to the stopper 14 and completely closes the outlet.

The drum is filled with mulch through windows 21 in the rim using a special funnel.

The number of working bodies is established depending on the size of the aisles. The frame of the machine is adapted not only for the production of sowing, but also for inter-row processing.

Adaptability to the relief is achieved by the fact that the frame consists of three links hinged together.

The driving wheels are set so that the machine can be operated by the tractor both on sowing both during sowing and during inter row processing.
