Изобретение относитс к сельскому хоз йству в частности к селекции плодовых культур. Известен способ определени повреждаемости черной смородины почковым клещем, при котором измер ют осмотическое давление клеточного сока листьев методом плазмоанализа с иопользованием пол риметра СОК-1 дл определени изотонической концентрации 1}. Известен также способ диагностики повреждаемости , 1ФИ котором растени искусственно инфицируют клещами 2. Недостатками известных способов вл ютс ма ла точность, трудоемкость, исдальзование дорогосто щих реактивов и оборудовани . Целью изобретени вл етс повышение объективности оценки и вы вление в кратчайшие сроки генетической устойчивости черной смородины к почковому клещу на ранних этапах селек ционного щ оцесса при сохранении целостности ра тений. Предложен способ, при котором поставленна цель достигаетс сравнением клеточного сока исследуемого и зталонного образца, отжатого из 3-6 верхушечных листьев прикорневых побегов или сильных годичных приростов 1-го пор дка ветвлени . Сок вьщерживаетс в открытом виде на солнечном свету в течение 3-7 дней, после чего сравнивают. Эталоном служит клеточный сок, устойчивый к почковому клещу (сорта Черной смородины Север нка) или неустойчивого к почковому кле1цу (сорта Стахановка Алта ). Срав1швают с эталоном, во-первых, визуально по цвету клеточного сока, наход щегос в пробирках; во-вторых, по оптической плотности клеточного сока, разбавленного дистиллированной водой в соотношении 1:20 и измеренного на фотозлектрокалориметре с синим светофильтром; в-третьих, визуально по люминесценции п тен клеточного сока, нанесенных на хроматографическую бумагу и рассматриваемых под ультрафиолетовой лампой. Способ прогнозировани устойчивости сортов и гибридов черной смородины к почковому клещу осуществл етс в лабораторных услови х, дл чего необходимо иметь эталонные сорта черной смородины. The aim of the invention is to improve the objectivity of the assessment and the detection in the shortest possible time of the genetic resistance of the black currant to the kidney tick in the early stages of the breeding process, while maintaining the integrity of the plants. A method has been proposed in which the goal is achieved by comparing the cell sap of the test and reference sample, pressed from 3-6 top leaves of basal shoots or strong annual increments of the 1st order of branching. The juice is excreted in open form in the sunlight for 3-7 days, after which it is compared. The standard is cell sap that is resistant to kidney ticks (Black Currant varieties of North Nka) or unstable to kidney glues (Stakhanovka Alta varieties). They compare with the standard, firstly, visually according to the color of the cell sap in the test tubes; secondly, the optical density of cell sap diluted with distilled water in a ratio of 1:20 and measured on a photoelectric calorimeter with a blue light filter; thirdly, visually, according to the luminescence, spots of cell sap deposited on chromatographic paper and viewed under an ultraviolet lamp. A method for predicting the resistance of varieties and hybrids of black currant to kidney ticks is carried out in laboratory conditions, for which it is necessary to have reference varieties of black currant.
