Он разрывает цепь резистора 5 нагрузки во врем пауз между импульсами управлени .The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used in automation and remote control devices. A photoelectric pulse driver is known, comprising a transistor and a photodiode, in which the collector of the transistor is connected to a power source and the base is connected to an input signal 1. However, this driver has narrow functionality. The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality of the pulse former. To do this, a photoelectric pulse former containing a transistor and a photodiode, in which the collector of the transistor is connected to the power source and the base to the input source, is inserted into a resistor and a diode, the resistor being connected between the photodiode and the total length, and the diode between the photodiode and emitter transistor. The drawing shows the electrical circuit diagram of the driver. The photoelectric pulse shaper contains a transistor 1 and a photodiode 2. The collector of transistor 1 is connected to terminal 3 of the power supply, and the base is connected to terminal 4 of the input source. A resistor 5 and a diode 6 are inserted into the driver. The outputs are terminals 7, 8. The photoelectric pulse driver operates as follows. When the photodiode 2 is illuminated with a luminous flux, electron-hole pairs are generated, they are divided into main and minor carriers and the concentration of excess electrons in the-region of the crystal and excess holes in the p-region. The equivalent circuit of photodiode 2 is at that moment a charged capacitor, the magnitude of which is determined by the luminous flux. When a control pulse is applied to terminal 4, transistor 1 opens and the forward bias current pulse is released on the low-resistance load resistor 5, forming the leading edge of the output pulses. As the previously accumulated charges are resorbed, the forward bias current decreases, which leads to the formation of the trailing edge of the output pulses. During the opening of the transistor 1, a pulse voltage is applied to the photodiode 2 from the power supply. In this case, the equivalent capacitance of the photodiode 2 is abruptly reduced. A decrease in the capacitance leads to a parametric amplification and to the conversion of the photosignal into a pulsed electrical signal allocated to the low-resistance load resistor 5. Dot diode 6 is switching. It breaks the load resistor 5 circuit during pauses between control pulses.
At the junction point of the diode 6 and the photodiode 2, a sawtooth voltage is formed, the amplitude of which is proportional to the luminous flux.
Использование пилообразного напр жени позвол ет существенно расщирить функциональные возможности формировател .Thus, the pulse signal generated at the load resistor 5, the amplitude of which is proportional to the luminous flux, can be used without further amplification in terms of voltage and power. The use of sawtooth voltage allows to significantly extend the functionality of the driver.
