The invention relates to the field of vacuum gauges, in particular, to devices for measuring pressure in out-of-line electrofluid devices (EIS). A known scheme for measuring the pressure of residual gases in an EEC, contains a cathode heating source, an accelerating voltage source, a cathode displacement source, an ion current amplifier and an electron emission stabilizer 1. The disadvantage of this scheme is the considerable inertia of the system, especially when measuring pressure in high-power EEDs , resulting in a limited threshold sensitivity due to an increase in the background current in the ion collector circuit when the internal parts of an electronically controlled device are heated. There is also a known circuit for measuring pressure in the separated EEC, which additionally contains a background current compensation unit and an ion current storage amplifier 2. The presence of an emission stabilizer in this scheme determines the disadvantages associated with the known scheme. The background current compensation unit cannot provide a significant decrease in the threshold sensitivity since with heating the background currents increase and the compensation efficiency turns out to be low. In addition, the measurement error of pressure is relatively large due to the electrical absorption of gas in a closed volume of EEC, since the measurement process is long. Such a pressure measurement scheme has limited applicability due to the absence of effective emission stabilizers for EVP of different frequencies. When connecting an EEC with cathode heating to the emission stabilizer of industrial vacuum gauges, continuous oscillations usually occur in the circuit, making the pressure measurement process impossible. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the accuracy of the measurement of pressure, increase the threshold sensitivity of the circuit and increase the possibility of its use. To do this, a control unit is connected to the cathode value of the electrovacuum device between the source of the cathode bias and the circuit zero, which is connected to the storage amplifier of the ion current. The control unit consists of a reference voltage source, a measuring resistor and a zero-organ, the output of which is connected to the storage amplifier of the ion current. The specific control circuitry is determined by the type of ion-type storage enhancer. In order to simplify the process of measuring the pressure, the circuit contains an automatic switching unit for measuring ranges, in particular, a trigger meter, the output circuits of which include relay coils and their contacts are connected to resistors at the input of the ion current storage amplifier. FIG. 1 is a diagram of a device for measuring pressure; FIG. 2 curve of the dependence of the electron current on time. The pressure measurement is evaluated as follows. Electrodes EVP 1 (Fig. 1) are supplied with an accelerating voltage (100-300 V) from source 2 and a cathode displacement voltage (20-50 V) from source 3; The background current appearing in the anode circuit (ion collector) is compensated for using compensation unit 4. The cathode is switched on from source 5. Measurement of the increasing collector current in the process of heating the cathode is carried out by the storage amplifier 6 of the ion current with automatic selection of the measuring range. The control unit 7 generates a pulse for turning on the memory of the ion current amplifier when the electron current reaches a predetermined level. The pressure is measured directly at time t, (Fig. 2), and not at time tz, as is done in known pressure measurement schemes. The disadvantages of the known pressure measurement schemes are eliminated in the proposed scheme as follows. 1. The pressure measurement time is significantly reduced, since the operations of adjusting the emission current and its measurement are eliminated, and the transition process of establishing the electron current is practically absent. In connection with this, the effect of electrical absorption of gas and the pressure measurement errors caused by this effect are sharply reduced. 2. For a short time measurement of the pressure, the electrodes (except the cathode) and the EED insulators do not have time to noticeably warm up and therefore the background collector current remains at the same sufficiently low level as in a cold lamp. Therefore, compensation provides effective suppression of the background current and, thus, an increase in the threshold sensitivity. 3. The absence of the need to stabilize the emission makes it possible to measure the pressure according to the proposed scheme in EVD with three or more electrodes irrespective of the heating power, which ensures the universality of the proposed scheme. The short pressure measurement time ensures high labor productivity during the inspection of EEC in the conditions of large-scale production. Claim 1.
