Claims (2)

Устройство дл  гибки кромок состоит из двух С -образных станин 1 и 2,соооно установленных на основани  3 с по можностью взаимного перемещени  одна относительно другой по рельсам 4 дл  установки рассто 1т , соответствующего ширине листа 5. На станинах 1 и 2 уста, новлены штампы. Рабочие, поверхности инструментов 6-9 имеют форму эвольвен ты ок.ружтюсти Нижние инстру епты 6и 8 распололсены на плитах 10 и 11 с возможностью горизонтального перемещени  вдоль них посредством, например, винтовых пар 12 и 13. Плиты 10 и il жестко св заны с силовыми цилиндрами 14 и .15f установлеи.ш ми на станинах 1 ;г 2. Посредством силовых цилинд- ров 14 и 15 нижние инструментгз 6 и 8 перемещаютс  вместе с плитами 10 и 11 в вертикальном направлении, осутдест вл   тибку кромоКо Верхние инструменты 7и 9 нюршфно св заны со станинами 1 и 2. Угол поворота верхних инструментов 7 и 9 фиксируетс  элементами 16. Инстру 1ен1Ы 6-9 могут быть вьшолне ш,1 в виде валкюв (см фиг. 7). Ось пово рота 17 верхних инструментов может находитьс  как. в центре валков, так и вне его. Устройство работает следующим, обрв зом. Станины 1 и 2. устанавливакл- на рассто нии , равном ш1фине листа 5. Так как рабочие поверхности инстрЗАЮнтов выполнены с непрерывным переходом от Г до r-j в соответствии с эвольвентой окруж ности, то инструменты 6-9 необходимо установить с соответствующим зазором 8 Дл  этого нижние инструменты 6 и 8 перемещаютс  в горизонтальном напраште™ тши по плитам 10 и 11, дл  инструмента 6 направление перемещени  обозначе но стрелкой А. Верхние инструменты 7 и 9 поворачиваю1х;  на угол с,, дл  инструмента 7 направление поворота обо значено стрелкой Б (см. фиг. 2).
