Description
6The invention relates to a metsjin, namely to devices of the hypothermal brain and brain. It is known a device of one day gvpothermin of the brain, a hollow core with a hop-like unit with evaporation, and a heat-insulated container for hpadonitep l. However, such a device is characterized with a significant time for the output of the cooled UZP mode and the complexity of the design. The invention is a reduction in the time it takes for the device to go into operation and to simplify the construction. For this, the heat-insulated tank is equipped with an expansion vessel, and the UN of the container walls is made of elastic material in the shape of the back of the head and has willow hollow elastic segmented elements that form the neck bandage, and the evaporator of the refrigeration unit is installed in the upper part of the container. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the proposed device; in fig. 2 heat insulated container, general view. The device for hypothermia of the brain contains a refrigeration unit 1 connected by flexible hoses 2 to an evaporator 3 located in a heat-insulated tank 4. One of the walls of the tank 4 is made in the form of an elastic profiled membrane 5. In the upper part of the apparatus there is an expansion vessel 6, and in the lower part - drain fitting 7. DP maintain the temperature of the coolant at a given temperature level mounted sensitive sensor 8 thermostat 9, electrically connected to the cooling unit 1. Elastic membrane 5 is shaped according to the shape of the occipital part of the head and has an ov of segmental-like element 1O, forming a neck brace. The device works as follows. Through the expansion vessel 6
Hpadonschitep is washed down in the popsyut tepodoiopirovannoy capacity 4. After starting the hodipnogo unit, 1 movement agent through a flexible hose 2 enters the evaporator 3, producing a cooling effect. As a result, cooling of the coolant occurs. The patient's head is placed on the heat-insulated container 4 so that the occipital part lies in the hollow of the elastic membrane 5, and the segmented elements of the U are tightly attached to the arteries of the neck. Under the headache, part of the coolant is forced out of the cavity of the container 4 into the expansion vessel 6. Thus, the patient's head is in thermal contact with the coolant and is cooled by it,
1.The coolant is self-circulating in a special way. Having absorbed a certain amount of heat through the membrane 5, the chilo carrier heats up and rises in the upper part of the tank 4. In contact with the evaporator 3, the coolant cools and descends to the lower part of the tank 4. refrigeration unit 1.
7, After the end of the hypothermia, the trash can be removed from the tank 4 through fitting 7,
Such an embodiment of the device dp hypothermia of the brain makes it possible to shorten the time to reach the regimen and simplify it. design to reduce weight and overall dimensions.
