(54) RING SPRING
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to spring devices. A known annular spring comprising annular pressure elements with supporting protrusions and annular spring elements C located between them. The disadvantages of the known device are the stepwise adjustment and the change in the built-in length. The purpose of the invention is to smoothly adjust the spring stiffness. This goal is achieved by the fact that the proposed annular spring is provided with a rod with slots at the ends, and on the inner surfaces of the kozza pressure elements there are slots that interact with the slot of the rod. In addition, one of the annular elements on the clamping elements is provided with a pointer and the other with a scale. FIG. 1 shows a ring spring, a longitudinal section; . 2 is a section A-A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows an embodiment of an annular spring with a casing, a longitudinal section. The annular spring contains annular pressure elements 1 with splines on the inner, surfaces and with supporting lugs 2, annular spring elements 3, rod 4 with slots at the ends, pointer 5 and scale 6 divisions. Ring spring works as follows. . When loading a continuous ring-shaped pressure element, with its supporting protrusions located between the supporting protrusions of the opposite pressure element, the ring spring elements are deformed, and the spring is deformed. The minimum stiffness of the spring at. the position of the protrusions of one pressure element in the middle between the protrusions of the other element. To change the stiffness of the spring: The spines of the spring are shifted from several of these elements to several splines of the rod, thus changing the relative position of the pressing elements. The spring must be calibrated and have a scale on one of the elements, and a pointer on the other. The longitudinal slots prevent arbitrary mutual displacement of the pressure elements, which ensures reliable operation of the spring.
