Claims (2)
- Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , а именно, к уплотнени м разъемных соединений и может быть использовано, например, дл гермети зации разъемных соединений/ подвижных и неподвижных штоков.. Известно уплотнение разъемного соединени , содержащее составной ко пус, на однойчасти которого выполнена канавка под уплотнительный эле мент, а на другой образован шип 1 Это уплотнение разъемного соединени не обеспечивает расширени во можности испо.пьзовани стандартньзх уплотнительных колец. Известно также уплотнение разъем ного соединени , содержащее составной корпус, на одной части которого выполнена кольцева канавка под уплотнительное кольцо, а на другой - шип с вогнутой проточкой с торца под сферическую металлическую прокладку 2 . Однако и это уплотнение разъемно го соединени не расшир ет возможно ти использовани стандартных уплотнительных колец дл подвижных и неподвижных соединений. Цель изобретени - расширение возможностей использовани стандартных уплотнительных соединений. Это достигаетс тем, что в центральной части вогнутой проточки выполнен кольцевой паз, а на сферической метсшлической прокладке установлено дополнительное эластичное кольцо , взаимодействующее с этим пазом. На чертеже представлено предлагаемое уплотнение разъемного соединени в разрезе. Уплотнение разъемного соединени состоит из составного корпуса, включающего две части 1 и 2. На одной части выполнена кольцева канавка 3 под уплотнительное кольцо 4, а на другой части - шип 5 с вогнутой проточкой 6 с торца под сферическую металлическую прокладку 7. В центральной части вогнутой проточки выполнен кольцевой паз 8, а на сферической металлической прокладке установлено дополнительное эластичное кольцо 9. Соединение работает следующим образом . При равномерной ст жке частей корпуса 1 и 2 сферическа металлическа прокладка 7 поднимаетс шипом 5 до упора на торцы кольцевого паза 8, обеспечива подпружинивание уплотнительного кольца 4 и эластичного кольца 9 дл равномерного и посто нного поджати уплотн емого соединени . Такое конструктивное выполнение уплотнени расшир ет возможности использовани стандартных уплотнительны колец дл подвижных и неподвижных сое динений. Формула изобретени Уплотнение разъемного соединени , содержащее составной корпус/ на одной части которого выполнена кольцева канавка под уплотнительное кольцо , а на другой - шип с вогнутой про точкой с торца под сферическую металлическую прокладку, отличающеес тем, что, с целью расширени возможностей использовани стандартных уплотнительных соединений, в центральной части вогнутой проточки выполнен кольцевой паз, а на сферической металлической прокладке установлено дополнительное эластичное кольцо, взаимодействующее с этим пазом .
