Известен способ регулировани шах ных хлораторов путем регулировани соотношени расходов входного и выходного продукта изменением первого Однако известный способ не позвол ет поддерживать тепловой режим хлоратора, измен екый внешними и внут ренни возмущающими воздействи ми, что снижает эффективность процессаi Известен способ автоматического управлени шахтным хлоратором путем регулировани расхода шихты, содержани кислорода в отход щих газах, температуры и расхода подводик«х газов 2, Однако при таком способе происходит регулирование по результатам процесса. Это приводит в зависимости суг знака дебаланса тепла в хлораторе к непроизводательным энергети ческим затратам или уменьшению выхода целевого продукта, что снижает эффективность процесса хлорировани . Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности процесса хлорировани в шахтных хлораторах. Это достигаетс тем, что температуру хлоровоздушной смеси измен ют в зависимости от расхода хлора, расходов и температур загружаемой шихты и отход щих газов, причем расход хлора измен ют в зависимости от расхода шихты. На чертеже представлена схема осуществлени предлагаемого способа. Хлор и воздух поступают в теплообменный аппарат 1, где происходит их смешение и нагрев, и далее хлоровоздушна смесь вводитс в шахтный хлоратор 2, куда одновременно подаетс брикетированна шихта и отвод тс отход щие газы.
