The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the cultivation of champignon mushrooms (Agar-icus bisporu.) Under artificial conditions. Nutrient media for growing sterile spore mycelium are known, for example, oats on a medium consisting of herbal tea decoction obtained by boiling on marmite 100 g of hercules and 20 g of agar-agar in 1 liter of water for 25-30 minutes. l. ; However, the above medium has a low quality of the mycelium (a small amount of the spiderweed mycelium, its rapid aging and transition to the tons). The most approximate in composition of known media is a nutrient medium on potato-glucose broth, including potato broth from 200 potatoes, 18-20 g agar-agar and 15 g glucose per 1 l of water 2J. However, this medium is characterized by a long period of overgrowth of the spore mycelium (28-30 days) and a low content of total nitrogen, due to which the resulting mycelium has a small amount of air hyphae, deterioration of the viability of the mycelium and its survival on nutrient substrates. The aim of the invention is to create an environment that makes it possible to reduce the time it takes to grow a spore mushroom spider and at the same time improve its quality. This is achieved by adding oat flour and collagen protein to potato no-glucose broth in the following ratio of components, g / l water: Potato 100-110 Agar-Agar 18-20 Glucose 14-15 Ov on flour 25-30 Protein collagen 3.5-4.5 To prepare the nutrient medium, 25-30 g of milled oat grains are added to 0.5 l of water in a 0.5 liter water and cooked in a bath for 30-35 minutes, then filtered through cheesecloth and 7.0 - 7.5 g of glucose and 9-10 g of agar-agar are again placed in a water bath until complete dissolution of the agar-agar. . In the 1: 1 ratio, pre-cooked potato-glucose broth obtained by the known method, as well as collagen protein in the amount of 3.5-4.5 g per 1 l of the prepared nutrient medium are added to the finished broth. The complete overgrowth of the nutrient medium occurs on the 18-22nd day, which is 810 days earlier lio compared to the well-known potato-glucose broth .. "The grown grimace is distinguished by a high content of total nitrogen (1.98%), thick, densely branching hyphae viability and good survival rate on nutrient substrates. The results of the studies have shown the presence of selective spores of champignon spores to the composition of the nutrient medium, depending on the strains. The best results on the proposed nutrient medium were obtained by germinating champignon spores of the following strains: GDR-1, GDR-2, GDR The influence of the proposed nutrient medium on the growth rate of the mycelium and the yield of champignons GDR-4, GDR-25, PC-12, PC- 17, RS-1GB7 PC-I7, Rv. To establish the optimal ratio of nutrient components: A series of experiments were performed, the data of which are presented in the table. Studies have shown that the cost of 1 kg of spore-based mycelium grown on the proposed nutrient medium decreases from 1 rub. 85 cop. up to 85 kopecks, and the yield of champignons increased by 15-20%. Fruit bodies of champignon mushrooms, extruded from such a mycelium, have high yields, good marketability and resistance to diseases.
