Microorganism
Uncontrolled bacteria
2.Sludge, adapted to this cationic surfactant surfactant, is 100 thousand h more times, compared to the active sludge not imidazolin for QAS. The stimulating effect of the imidosoline QAS action is clearly visible on nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Experimental data are presented in table. 2
The number of nitrogen fixers in 1 g of activated sludge
From tab. 2 shows that imidozolin QAC stimulates the development of nitrogen fixers. So, in activated sludge, adapted to imidozolin QAC, nitrogen-fixing bacteria was almost 20 times more than in activated sludge, not adapted to this compound. Moreover, a similar pattern in the development of these bacteria was observed both on mainite and glycerol, taken as the sole sources of carbon and energy.
ЧАС имидозолина оказывает стимулируюш;ее действие на развитие видов семейства Pseudomonas daceae, Ps. denitrificans (испытано 6 штаммов), Ps. fluorescens (14 штаммов), PS. putida (25 штаммов), Ps. taetrolens (1 штамм), Ps. liquefaciens (13 штаммов), a также Flavobacterium flava (1 штамм) и FI. ferrugineum (1 штамм).Imidozolin QAS has a stimulating effect on the development of species of the family Pseudomonas daceae, Ps. denitrificans (tested 6 strains), Ps. fluorescens (14 strains), PS. putida (25 strains), Ps. taetrolens (1 strain), Ps. liquefaciens (13 strains), as well as Flavobacterium flava (1 strain) and FI. ferrugineum (1 strain).
Example. The QID imidosolic used as a growth regulator for microorganisms is added to the mineral medium of the following composition, mg1l: KH9PO4-25, NaHCOg-50,, 0, (NH4) 2PO4-25, CaCl2 7.5; HOUR of imidazoline - 20, 50, 100, 200, agar - 15 (), water is tap water. In addition to the mineral environment, use a set of nutrient media listed in the table. I. The media are inoculated with 1 ml of the corresponding, their dilute suspension of the microorganism s activated sludge of two samples - adapted and not adapted to the QAT nmndzolium. The seeded media is placed in a thermostat at 30 ° C for 5–12 days. Then, the number of microorganisms in each separately taken medium is determined and calculated for 1 g of dry sludge of the sample.
