Description
(54) METHOD FOR PROCESSING COCONS OF OAK SHELK-ORDER
The invention relates to textile manufacturing. The known method of processing coconuts of the oak silkworm is consisting in preliminary wet processing of the cocoons / subsequent hot processing of their soap and soda solution and unwinding. The cocoons are soaked for several hours, then kept in a hot soapy soda solution, and then unwound to obtain raw silk. However, this method does not allow high-quality fiber to be poured due to insufficient de-gluing. sericin. In addition, because of the need for prolonged soaking of coconuts, it is not possible to increase productivity. The purpose of the invention is to increase the quality of the obtained fiber and increase productivity by reducing the duration of operations. This is achieved by the fact that the wet treatment of the cocoons is carried out by their parsing for 40-45 minutes at 96-100 ° C, and the hot treatment with soap and soda solution is carried out by cooking the cocoons for 5-8 minutes with the content of soda ash 1.5, 3, 0 g / l and soap 0.15-0.30 g / l. Unwinding is done on tops with a smooth drum. P p i. Cocoon of oak silkworm, dry, weighing up to 1 / .5 kg, is poured into a perforated bucket (bucket diameter is 280 mm, height is 270 mm). Several such buckets are loaded into a steam chamber, in which the cocoons are watered at 96 ° C for 40-45 minutes. Then the buckets with cocoons are unloaded from the steam chamber with tightly closed lids and placed in a bath with a solution of 1.5–3 g of soda ash per 1 liter of water and 0.150, 30 g of household soap per liter of vodka. The bath is heated and brought to a slight boil. Cooking cocoons is carried out for 5-8 minutes. After cooking, the buckets of cocoons are unloaded from the bath and poured onto the skimmers so that the water flows from the cocoons. After that, the cocoons are served to the top with a smooth drum and 1-1.5 portions are unwound in a bucket so that the weight of the dry canvas does not exceed 100 g. The workers who have processed the cocoon , brings them to the rotating; 6 reel and distributes evenly across its width. Shelkov cocoon mass is wound on the smooth body of the drum, and the pupae, separated from them, go into special containers along the chute. The feeding table is regularly cleaned from the rest of the pupae,
After processing 1-1.5 buckets of cocoons, the top is stopped, the formed canvas is cut and removed from the drum. The canvas is cut along the line of special slots on the drum body.
The canvases removed from the drum are tied up in three places and fed to the washing machine. By car, at the same time, 30-40 canvases are washed in water with the addition of soda ash in the amount of 1.5 kg per water volume of the washing machine bath. At the same time, the solution is boiled for 20-25 minutes, then it is dissolved, lowered, cold water is poured in and steam is supplied, as a result of which the water is heated to 40-45 0. The canvases are washed in this running water for 10-20 minutes
.Quirky canvases overload into a centrifuge and squeeze out water. The pressed canvases are flattened and then dried in a dryer at. The resulting canvases go directly to the stacked jftie. .
The proposed method allows practically solving the actual problem of processing such valuable silk raw materials as the cocoons of the oak Silkworm.
Эта же технологи позвол ет сократить отходы/ которые возникают при прочесывании готовой пр жи, поскольку отпадает необходимость длительного чесани .Due to the successful technology of heat treatment of cocoons before the formation of silk canvas, it is possible to obtain high quality canvas without contaminations and impurities. The same technology allows to reduce waste / that arise during the combing of finished yarn, since there is no need for prolonged carding.
