Claims (1)

(54) НАСАДКА ДЛЯ МЛССООБМЕННЫХ КОЛОНН 3 кромками, расположенньийи под углом 50-90° . На чертеже изображена насадка, общий вид. Насадка состоит из гофрированных полос 1 с отверсти ми а, расположенных перпендикул рно друг другу. Полосы снабжены дополнительными отверсти ми б с отбортованными кромками 2, расположенными под углом 50-90. Насадка работает следующим образом С пуском колонны вс  насадка смачиваетс  за счет -поднимающихс  вверх и конденсирующихс  паров и посредством полива с помощью специального устройства насадки сверху возвращаемой жидкостью. Жидкость распредел етс  равномерно за счет расположени  полос 1 элементов и течет г вниз без оставлени  несмачиваемых областей или концентрации основной части потока в одном месте. Протекани  по кра м, ко торое возможно в колоннах с известны ми насадками, здесь нет. Наличие отверстий с отбортовками предотвращает свободное падание капель жидкости. 3 Газ или пар проходит через насадку снизу вверх через отверсти  а и через добавочные проходные отверсти  б, при этом получаетс  добавочное завихрение фаз, за счет чего поток пара непрерывно мен ет свое направление движени . Формула изобретени  Насадка дл  массообменных колонн, состо ща  из гофрированных с отверсти ми полос, расположенных перпендикул рно друг другу, отличающа с  тем, что, с целью интенсификации процесса массообмена, отверсти  каждой полосы ориентированы в различных направлени х, а полосы снабжены дополнительными отверсти ми с отбортованными кромками, расположенными под углом 50-90°. The invention of a mass transfer column nozzle consisting of bands corrugated with holes arranged perpendicular to each other, characterized in that, in order to intensify the mass transfer process, the holes of each strip are oriented in different directions, and the strips are provided with additional holes flanged edges located at an angle of 50-90 °.
