Description
The invention relates to marine: hydraulic structures for drilling. Known drilling base for drilling in ice conditions. It is composed of several cylindrical reinforced concrete rings, set in height and forming a single-support structure. This device has no means of breaking the ice, which makes it sound when the ice fields move. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is ice-resistant offshore drilling platform, which includes cylindrical supports, a working platform with technological equipment, cutting tools on a sleeve located around the support, and lower arms 2j. In this device, it is necessary to adjust the cutting elements in height in accordance with the level and thickness of ice. The purpose of the invention is to expand its field of use in ice conditions and increase the efficiency of ice crushing. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device’s hipkeepers have means of individually installing the rollers in a fixed position relative to the underwater support means, the axis of the rollers being at an acute angle relative to the axis of rotation of the sleeve, and the rollers themselves are spring-loaded. FIG. 1 shows the described ice-resistant offshore drilling platform; in fig. 2 - section A-A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 - section bb FIG. 2 in FIG. 4 - supporting unit; The ice-resistant offshore drilling platform consists of a base short 1 supporting on the supporting leg 2 a working platform 3 with technological equipment 4. The supporting column is a fixed cylindrical rack 5 within which a shaft 6 passes to access the seabed from the deck of the drilling platform. A cylindrical sleeve 7 is concentrically disposed around the support column rotatably around a cylindrical support from a drive disposed on the work site. The sleeve is made with protruding knives 8 to destroy the ice during the period of their movement on the drilling platform. Cutting knives are located along the entire length of the support column. The sleeve with cutting blades in the upper part ends with a conical thrust collar 9 made up of individual segments. The rollers, in turn, are mounted in cages 11, which are spring-loaded with a cup-shaped spring 12 located between the casing 11 and the adjusting nut 13, screwed into the brackets 14, bolted to the working platform 3. The individual adjustment of each roller makes it possible to evenly distribute the forces from the sleeve on the rollers. To rotate the sleeve on its outer surface, there is a segmented gear wheel 15 in the upper part, which is driven by the pinion 16 from the electric motor 17 through a gearbox 18. Such drive mechanisms around the swing wheel 15 can be somewhat dependent on the coolness applied to the wheel right moment. Under the influence of ice fields on a support rotating sleeve with the help
