128-349, 1954.(54) The catheter 6 of the bappon 9 in the distal direction is equipped with a drain of May 16. The catheter is used as follows. Through an incision 17 of the wall of the femoral vein 18, the balloon 2 with mandrel 8 in the lumen of the guide tube 1 is introduced into the pilot condition and brought into the inferior vein 19. The manchssen is removed, and the slider 11 of balloon 9 is put on the guide tube 1. with manshchen 16 in the lumen of the traction tube 12. At the proximal end of the 7 cylinder. 2 install pavilion 5. With a syringe 2O connected to pavilion 5, the baplon 2 is inflated with a physiological fluid to the required size, the faucet 6 is closed. By pushing the guide tube 1, the mouth of the iliac vein is occluded and the tube is fixed with the hand of an assistant. By displacing the coupling tube 12 at the distal right side of your can 9, it is brought to the stop 2 into the can 2, and the mandrel 16 is removed. A syringe 21, connected to Pavilion 14, the balloon 9 is inflated with a physiological fluid to the required size. Faucet 15 zakrgoyayut. By traction in the opposite direction (against the Red Baler), the balloon 9 is removed, removing the main thrombus Nass. Overcoming obstacles (valves) drying is by regulating the volume of fluid in the balloon 9. removing the thrombus pieces remaining in the vessel's lumen two or three times the balloon is inserted and removed.9 The catheter is removed by traction for the direction of the descending tube 1 reducing the volume of the bottle 2 to a transverse size, ensuring its passage through the lumen of the vessel in a bloated state. This removes the remnants of the thrombus, possibly remaining in the lumen of the vessel. If necessary, thrombectomy from the dietary segment of the femoral vein is carried out using only balloon 2 that performs the function of the extractor (in the direction of blood flow). The use of a thrombectomy catheter eliminates pulmonary embolism with thrombus pieces during its removal and perforation of the vessel wall with the end of the catheter, removes a fixed thrombus, and reduces damage to the vessel’s thymus. Timely, safe and widespread use of a catheter during thrombectomy creates a more affective treatment of patients with acute thrombosis of the great vessels. The formula is a retina and a catheter containing an elastic tube with an inflatable balloon at the working end of the second inflatable balloon fixed to the sleeve, with a movably installed elastic tube, so that, in order to exclude embosh and lungs and perforate the vessel wall, when a fixed thrombus is removed, the movable baplon iala.
