Description

To obtain divinyl and a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide by the interaction of butylene and carbon dioxide in the presence of catalysts, it was proposed to use as a catalyst catalysts of oxides, in particular, aqueous silica with pinch chromium oxide and natural silicate. The catalyst is obtained by co-precipitation in the presence of natural silicate.

The proposed catalyst is characterized by ease of preparation. It can be made from affordable domestic materials, it is easily regenerated by blowing air at the reaction temperature.

Example 1. Butylene and carbon dioxide in the ratio of 1: 6 weight. hours, carried out at 600 ° C over the catalyst — aqueous silica and chromium oxide promoted with natural silicates, with a bulk velocity of 3520 l / h. In this case, divinyl is obtained with an exit near ZZo / o to the missed butylene or 70 ° / o of reacted butylene. The amount of decomposition of butylene is about 50 ° / o.

«/о)- Н2-41,7; СО- 45,5; СН4-9,6; СгНв-1,6; CaHi-1,6.In addition, 320 l of a gaseous mixture consisting of the following substances (v / v) - H2-41.7; SO- 45.5; CH4-9.6; CrHB-1.6; CaHi-1,6.

Example 2. The same gas mixture is passed over the same catalyst at 550 ° C with a bulk velocity of 3560 l1h. The yield of divinyl is to missed butylene or about 80 ° / o to unfolded. The amount of decomposition of butylene is about 32 ° / o.

4- 2,2.The composition of the exhaust gas (in volume. "/ O) H2-47; CO-44.0; C2H4 - 2.2.
